Love the concept, pizza tasted great, was fun trying a bunch of different toppings. Service was awful, slow, not enough workers, long line. Tables were dirty, ran out of napkins, complete cluster very short staffed. Taste was a 5, service a 1.

I absolutely loved this place when it opened, and a lot of the positives are still there — generally tasty pizza at a good price, fully customizable. I’ve been disappointed recently by the employees here however — I’m seeing a lot of slightly burnt pizzas come out of the oven, and the employees are unenthusiastic and robot-like. One employee was juggling the register and oven today, and doing an amazing job keeping up, but they were obviously overworked and failed to smile or even make eye contact with their customers. Blaze has good pizza, but has lost its heart and soul like so many other restaurants in this area.

Had several recent great dining experiences. I asked for Jillian and was disappointed she wasn’t working tonight but received excellent service from Lilly and Adam. Having a severe food allergy makes me nervous when dining out but Lilly and General manager Adam made sure my pizza was prepared separately and with no possibility of cross contamination. Truly appreciate them going above and beyond, will definitely go back! Returned today… 1÷30÷16 Brandon did an excellent job making sure that my wife’s pizza was created especially for her was a dairy allergy with no cross-contamination appreciate that very very much thank you

Very good pizza! Fast, tasty(additive), and reasonably priced! I will visit again my next trip to Novi. My only complaints: iced tea was not fresh– horribly stale and not drinkable. Also, the staff was not very friendly(they weren’t blatantly rude but they weren’t very nice either). They all appeared to be teens/young adults so I guess that’s typical attitudes? Good thing the pizza was AWESOME!

Excellent pizza in a flash! Basically the«Subway» of pizza. Pick your fresh toppings and wait a very short few minutes for it to cook and you are on your way. Flavor isn’t compromised with speed! Love this place!

Not a whole lot to say. The service was fast. The process was easy. The pizza(I got the Simple Pizza) was tasty and it even tasted great reheated the next day! The prices are totally reasonable. The Blood Orange Lemonade was great! I’ll be back.

There are pizza places and each one does one or a few things well. Then there’s Blaze. Blaze is a «Subway» style pizzeria that allows you to choose everything about your pizza from the cheese to meats to veggies. And you can pile them as high as you want and the price is the same($ 7-$ 8 per). The kicker is they usually have you out in about 5 – 10 min tops unless it’s a tush going on. But by far my favorite pizza place.

Fantastic pizza, great prices, very fresh toppings and fast service! On top of all that, the gluten free pizza is actually GOOD! I’m not sure how this place stays in business offering unlimited, good quality toppings for less than $ 8, but I’m glad they do. My partner has a gluten allergy and Blaze went above and beyond to make sure that his pizza didn’t come in contact with any gluten by using new gloves, a separate platter for his pie and separate sauce and cheese. This is the first place we’ve found with a tasty and affordable gluten free pizza. The blood orange lemonade is also fantastic, definitely worth a try!

I had been wanting to go to Blaze Pizza for a long time and finally got the chance to this past weekend. The build-your-own fast-casual pizza is on the rise and Blaze does it phenomenally! I got a modified White Top pizza(white cream sauce, mozzarella, sausage, bacon, and oregano) and it was top notch. The crust airy thin, but not too thin where you think you are eating a cracker. The ingredients all tasted fresh and delicious. The service was top notch and everyone behind the counter had a smile on their face. I will be back several times!

This place has a great concept if you’ve never seen anything like it before, but if you have seen this concept pulled off well you’d know Blaze is just mediocre. MOD Pizza has the exact same concept, but they pull it off better. Blaze is dirtier, more limited, and less energized than MOD Pizza. Even the quality of the food at MOD is better. Blaze pizza seems to taste bland even if you put usually tasteful toppings on your pie. Just alright.

We came here a few years back when this place first opened. We had a bad experience through ordering online and we were extremely unhappy. We talked to a manager and he graciously gave us free pizzas for a return trip. I was impressed that he really wanted us to give the location another chance. Unfortunately, we avoid the mall area for the most part and had forgotten about the free passes, until recently. Upon our return, we decided to order in person instead of online, which worked out much better. Seeing the fresh toppings made it easier to order our pizza. I also didn’t know about the spicy sauce until it was offered to me. We both ordered a pizza pie the way we wanted. Since the pizza was free, we ordered a smore to go with our dinner. Once the food came out, we were both thoroughly satisfied with out meal. The spicy sauce really gave the pizza a nice kick. We will definitely be returning much sooner than we did last time. The pizzas are big enough for two, so we might have to battle over our toppings. Really impressed with the place and recommend it. I would also suggest that you eat in, because you really can’t beat pizza right out of the oven.

1st time here on 9÷26÷15. We had plans in Novi and wondered where to grab dinner. So googled food places in Novi, Michigan and Blaze Pizza came up. I love to try new places so went to this place for dinner! At first, I was thinking it’s only a pizza place, nothing special. But after arriving, it was like a fast food pizza place. I have never been to a pizza place where individuals can build their pizza for $ 7.25! It is such an amazing deal. I had fun adding items of my own choice onto a pizza and pizza are fast-fire’d in 180 seconds! The line was long but after we got our pizza and sat down, the line got even longer. This place definitely has the best pizzas!

No matter what pizza you get, make sure you add the BBQ drizzle and get a smore pie! By far, this is the best pizza I’ve had so far in Michigan!

Great«fast food» option, basically a chipotle of pizzas. I’ve been here a few times and have enjoyed all the variations you can make, always a little different each time. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is crispy but with a little bite. I really enjoy the spicy sauce, which really isn’t spicy at all, and always ask for extra sauce. In terms of gripes, some of the leafy greens they just toss on the pizza which in the extreme heat of the often really just burns/chars so i recommend adding a olive oil drizzle so they actually cook. I did have a slightly overdone pizza once which they re-made for me without too much issue. I’m always eager to find an excuse to come here when we’re looking for a quick bite.

I had high hopes for Blaze, but felt a little let down. Like others have mentioned, Blaze is a lot like Subway… You get to pick and choose what you want on your pizza. They have plenty of suggestions and you are able to add/remove as much as you want. I ended up getting the Vine pizza thought it was ok. That’s about it. There wasn’t enough flavor. It didn’t have much sauce and it didn’t have much cheese. I understand that it’s thin crust and therefore you don’t want to bog it down with toppings, but I wasn’t overly impressed. The thin crust was nice. Despite that, I want to come back. They have a lot of unique toppings that would make for a great pizza…

Still awesome pizza, the hubby and I visited when we were in the mood and it was delicious. They skimped a little on the onions and mushrooms though which was a bummer. However, one gripe is the price went up(this was noticeable since they did not top my pizza as well as they have in the past), the make your own is now over $ 7.00 per pizza =/

Blaze pizza is a genius for Pizzas. You can add all the toppings you want. It is a great idea for people to pick the toppings they want on the pizza. They do tend to call them«pies» which is not a term I use for pizza. I’ll stick with the term pizza. You should go here any time, they are so quick for anytime service. You’re welcome.
