Ira R. Simon, DDS

I love Dr. Simon, I even take my 15 year old there for the work required for his orthodontics. While his humor and the staff’s nice demeanor may be taken as unprofessional, I find it endearing. I’ve sent all of my friends in need of periodontics to his office and they have nothing but good things to say. Thanks Dr. Simon!

Guess I have to take it back on the doctor since he called to give the most sarcastic and insincere apology I’ve ever heard. Now I understand why the staff was so unprofessional.

Great guy, really understands people, very sensitive, compassionate and honest. That’s Ira Simon. I’ve been recieving ongoing treatment for ten years with only the best service in every way. His specialty is implants. I have a friend whom I told about Ira and he now has four implants. I have one. They can be expensive short term, but long term the dental implants make my dental life much easier to deal with. The costs of course are always coming down.

Dr Simon is one of the first dentists that seems concerned with my comfort and individual situation. No lectures, no guilt trips… just helps me deal with my problematic teeth. I just received a dental implant and had absolutely NO PAIN and the whole procedure is actually entertaining I am convinced he was a stand up comedian in another life.
The office is impeccable, staff delightful. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist and that is saying a lot!!!

Ira is a great DDS and a very entertaining person. I have had two implants done by him and all is well. I found out he knows more about my mouth and my teeth than my dentist of ten years. He is exceptionately bright and has a sharp wit. As a professional, I find him more knowledgeable and truthful about my teeth than others before him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in my family or to my friends.

I am a recent customer of Dr. Simon. I originally went to him to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. I now also have my teeth cleaned at his office by a dental hygenist.
I have been extremely satisfied with his work. I really enjoy the sense of humor he brings to what would otherwise be an unpleasant experience. Let’s face it, who really enjoys going to the dentist. At least with Dr. Simon, you get to enjoy his stand up routine.
I was also very satisfied with his post operative care. He called me out of the blue on a weeknight after the surgery to see how I was doing. I would classify that proactive concern for his patients as far above the norm for most of the dental care providers that I have had over the years (hint: I am a baby boomer).
My only complaint is he needs better candy in his office to hand out to his patients on the way out the door!
