I love this lady. Been coming here for 3 years. Have done fillers and IPL treatment.
She is kind, thorough and good. I have never experienced unwanted physical side effects. Oh and she is good on price. You are crazy not to go to her.

Cindy is grace and sensitivity incarnate. She’s considerate, she shares and very patient with nervous babble.
You walk away with more than a beautiful experience but you feel you made a real friend.
She owns her machines outright, so there’s no pressure do more than what you need to have done (she doesn’t need to make payments for them), she doesn’t push procedures on you, and she shares her own experiences.
Her prices are reasonable, her skills are top notch and her patient care: Extremely thoughtful. So, if you can make the drive, go on out there.

Cindy Dumon is an incredibly knowledgeable laser nurse that works with the patient gently and tries so hard to juggle her schedule to best accommodate her patients. She has been known to stay late if need be, and she sure knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Cindy to ANYONE who is in the market for a great priced, friendly and highly skilled laser nurse in the Novato/​Marin area. Very professional!

I’m middle eastern decent. No need to say much about that… Fortunately i am very light skinned! Cindy has exceeded my expectations. With my hectic work schedule, it’s very difficult to be treated for laser hair removal. I can’t just show up back to work with a red face. So, I did my homework & called every laser hair removal office, clinic, etc etc just to see if they would take appointments on Sundays. Cindy was the only one who said sure. She could assist me on Sundays. I was stoked! She’s a registered RN ANDDDD has her office in a Medical Building to top it all off. To top it off with a cherry, her prices are VERY affordable. I love how she gets into zapping all your hair off too. She uses these fancy professional glasses along with this mirror with a light so she can literally zap every hair that she sees. It’s her mission & she completes it!
She also got rid of a couple skin tags for me as well. It’s amazing what lasers can do now these days. She does more than just Laser Hair Removal. Give her a call and see what she has to offer. Either way you wont be disappointed with her service.

Cindy Dumon is THE BEST! Her skills are superior whether she is Lasering unwanted hair or putting a bit of BOTOX where it needs to be (goodbye crow’s feet!!). Cindy is really an incredibly genuine person; she goes the distance with every treatment, providing a great value. You also should know she offers evening and weekend hours.
If you are within driving distance, Cindy IS WORTH IT!
