Never go to this place. Even if it is the last hair salon in the area or in your block, Please, don’t let them touch your hair at all. Even with pictures, they still could not do the job well. Not even close. I couldn’t express my disappointment at all. I felt like someone just hit me in my stomach. Why can’t they take the time and look at the customer as a person and not just a bunch of hair that they can just cut? Even for a 4th grader, they too, deserve to look their best. As experts in your practice, step up and make sure your customers feel and look good with their hair! Don’t rush as we are paying in full anyway. You see, I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt hoping perhaps next time it will be a good experience. If only the salon we usually go to is open on a Monday, I would have not come in here at all. In fact, I checked out three more salons earlier to see if they can accommodate my son but due to being fully booked, I had no choice. You may asked, why can’t you wait till tomorrow? Or, why didn’t you do it on Sunday? Unfortunately, we happened to get a call for his commercial shoot for Tuesday, only last night so, there was no time. The entire time I was already anxious. Driving to this place and even while giving my son’s name, I was very worried. I asked for someone to cut my son’s hair, the lady with a stylish hair, believing she might do a good job. But the other lady offered to do it. With no intentions of embarrassing her, I reluctantly said yes. My mistake was that I didn’t insist on that lady. I thought by showing her pictures of my son’s previous cut, she can handle the job. After reassuring me that she understood my instructions, I asked her several times if she’s sure. She said yes. She understood. I stepped back, and watched from afar. I don’t want to hover around her. Neither I don’t want to stay far. Seeing that it’s not what I wanted it to be, again, I showed her another picture that emphasizes the area that I want her to trim. She responded, ok and added«spiked on top». I answered yes. I tried not to take my eyes off from my son until I briefly answered the call of my Eldest son and told him I will call back. I can’t even carry a conversation on the phone for fear that the haircut would not turn well. Just in that short time, my son’s hair was a mess! The bags were too short to even call them«spike». It’s less than half an inch! In fact, the cut looks like some inexperienced person just decided to shaved my son’s hair! Lessons learned: 1. Follow your gut 2. Be specific 3. Don’t rely on photos believing the hairdresser knows 4. Stay put and watched even if it takes you to stand by your child’s chair 5. Take accountability In giving clear instructions. 6. Follow through 7. Express your disappointment with politeness 8. Don’t go to this place! Thanks for reading. If only am allowed to post without rating, I would have posted

Stopped in just to get the split ends cut off my hair and ended up getting layers and a great haircut! I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to come here and save a LOT of money! Sarah was my stylist.

I had Angie and she did a WONDERFUL job. Usually when people cut off a little more than I want I get upset but she perfectly crafted my hair with all nice layers to make up for it. Definitely would go again!

This place is pretty legit as far as hair cuttery shops go. They have more chairs than the others Ive been to. A lot of the girls who cut here are pretty attractive and friendly. The price for a quick cut is reasonable. A shampoo and cut is $ 17
