I have been a loyal customer for a long time and the previous time I got the shrimp and lobster sauce there were only four shrimp in a large order, after making a complaint and specifically asking for shrimp they gave me NONE. I am very unhappy with recent service.

So, went online to find a good Chinese lunch option — found Beijing Kitchen online and ordered a luncheon special. When I got there, the price was 6.95, not 6.05 as was online. When I complained the owner came out and said he lost the password to update the website, so it was up to me to take it or leave it for the 6.95. The owner then said, Its just 90 cents difference… EXACTLY — they should’ve have given me the website price. And they should’ve told me on the phone when I ordered that the online prices are wrong. Also, they won’t accept credit cards for orders under $ 10…REALLY? Isn’t that against the law.
On top of it all, the food was not good — Unilocalers beware of these types of joints. Small business owners need to be run by people that know what they are doing…

My husband and I found this place by accident and we love it! I have lived and eaten Chinese Food in Norwood all of my life and a lot of places have come and gone but we hope this one stays! The prices are right and I am very picky when it comes to placing orders, ie: extra egg, no shrimp, add Water Chestnuts, make extra crisp to name a few and Beijing kitchen always delivers, even though sometimes we pick it up! Is this the BEST Chinese food in Norwood? No, but it is top 3 for sure! give them a try! Our favorite is the General Gaul’s Chicken, extra crispy, no broccoli

This place is not a sit down restaurant, but a great place for delivery or take out. Now I’ll be honest, their food is probably a ³⁄₅. It is their friendliness, speed, and prices that earns this place 5 stars. Me and my girlfriend will split a combo plate (General Gau’s chicken, fried rice, 4 chicken fingers) and a large order of (12) crab rangoon for under $ 16!!! Not many places where you can do that. If I stop in to order and pick it up, they have it ready in less than 10 min! Very friendly staff and cheap prices for a ton of food that is ready in no time = 5 stars in my book.
Notice how one of the other reviews complained about New Years Eve and even said THEY HAD BEEN GOING FOR YEARS.
If you want some average Chinese food fast and for a good price, check this place out. You won’t be disappointed as long as you’re not expecting gourmet food!

Best in Norwood. Vegetables are fresh and plentiful. No goopy sauces. Yummy!

I figured I’d try this out rather than go to my usual a little further up the street. I ordered there and waited. They screwed up my order and I found a piece of plastic in my food. I have tried it, now I know, never again.

I happily drive by 5 Norwood Chinese Restaurants to get to this one. It’s really a place for take out or delivery, but does have a bit of seating. I judge the quality of all Chinese restaurants by one dish. That dish is GENERAL GAU’S CHICKEN. Even after a 10 minute ride home it is still CRISPY and delicious. I get the combination plate, it’s a tad over 8 dollars. Check it out, it’s in South Norwood.
