It is hard to even give this establishment one star, as it should be a zero. My daughter sent what was supposed to be a professional arrangement, for my birthday. There was nothing professional about it, and some of the flowers were drooping within twenty-four hours. I called and complained about their product, and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately that evening the owner called, screaming at me, and accused me of not taking proper care of the original flowers. I tried to tell her that the accusations were inaccurate, and I took care of them the same way I have for over 30 years. I finally had to hang up the phone, as she continued her rant. My experience was very similar to most of the other reviews, a word to the wise, beware of this establishment.

The driver delivering to my neighbor before Mother’s Day tore up my private drive. Called and spoke to the management to report the driver who was very rude to me in my own yard. I was told that they would send me something as an apology for his unprofessional behavior. Nothing ever arrived. Sorry, wouldn’t do business with a shop who hires drivers who do not respect property.

Owner called to apologize and sent a new bouquet the next day. New flowers arrived as promised and were what I was supposed to receive the first time. Looked exactly like the 1800 flowers picture. Not sure why this couldn’t have happened the first time around. Great customer service– glad they were aware of issue.

My wife received a fairly complex and I am guessing expensive arrangement of flowers including sunflower-type blooms. Should’ve been very durable flowers sent by her out of state daughter. The arrangement was left at our door, which is inside and air conditioned. The sunflowers were drooping within a few hours and the other flowers seemed to shrivel up within 24 – 48 hours. Be careful. Disappointed, but I will never say anything to my daughter.

The owner contacted me about my experience, said they changed floral designers, and offered to send out a replacement flower arrangement to show what they could do. Alright, I like flowers, and any business actively using SM to work with previous customers. I asked for something«colorful.» The flowers arrived, and they certainly were colorful. A pretty mix of medium-cost flowers arranged in a basic inverted glass vase. The flowers lasted about a week and a half, which was about a week more than the first bouquet my fiancé’d sent me had. The buds were clean and well maintained, interwoven with neighboring flowers. There wasn’t a design that I could see, but were an improvement from the«jammed in a vase» i’d experienced the first time. My roommate took one look at them, and asked, 1) What my guy did, and 2) They sure arrived fast, from whatever he’d done. So much confidence …

I ordered Valentine’s flowers for my girlfriend from this shop for the past 3 years and they never fail to amaze! I’m living in LA and my girlfriend is in Boston, Massachusetts and the customer service is always great, I know nothing about flowers and they are always super helpful Last year the flowers lasted 3 weeks, and by the size of the roses this year I’m going to assume the same or better! Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flower arrangements!

I star because I can’t give ZERO. I have a feeling they will lose their FTD contract after this valentines day. I ordered 18LONGSTEMREDROSES in a gorgeous red and white glass vase for my husband, for our first valentines and husband and wife. He never got it on valentines day. I called FTD at 7pm valentines night and sat on hold for 1 hour. It seems this location got 3000 orders via FTD valentines morning, I find that impossible to believe, but anyway, my order wasn’t important. Nobody else’s was either… they never called FTD to tell them what happened, they just said screw you and did nothing. I cancelled the order on Valentines night with FTD customer service. What showed up at my husbands work at 7pm on FRIDAYNIGHT. THEFRIDAYOF A THREEDAYWEEKEND? The most raggedy saad excuse for a rose bouquet I have ever seen. They filled it with half dead roses and goldenrod. For those who don’t know, goldenrod is a WEED… my $ 150 order was worthy of weeds. The roses were not long stem and the was was a basic clear plain vase. Not the red and whit I was supposed to get. So you see nothing went right. Nothing. No apology from the Florist. just took my money, delivered half dead roses and weeds… no way to run a business. I would post a picture of what I ordered and what came if I could. This place sucks. STAYAWAY.

WORST customer service ever! Just received the WORST arrangement by delivery. I was told that it was FTD’s problem! I called FTD3 way call and they listened to the woman Marie SCREAM at me! The flowers are wilted and I sent them a photo and they said that they were fresh and I should have gone to Stop & Stop! FTD trying to call them now and they are not answering! Now finding out it is through 1800flowers! Bella Mia told me FTD! It gets better. My husband ordered the LARGE Timeless Tulips… I got 9 tulips! Over $ 100! Beware of this shop!!!

The very worst flowers and flower arrangements I have ever seen. Ordered flowers from this place several years ago and they were horrible. Received some flowers from this place last week and they were horrible. Some of the flowers were dead when they arrived, the rest died within a day or two. Awful arranging too. Looks like they stuck whatever flowers they had left in a vase and shipped them off. DONOTGOHERE.
