This place is absolutely adorable!!! The owner is super sweet and an excellent chef/baker. If I lived here, I would have breakfast here every day. Great food, great prices, great service!

Outstanding small town spot. Great local flavor. Eat at the lunch counter, talk to the cook and learn about the area. Coffee is excellent. Food is delicious, simple, and a great deal. This is kind of a Norman Rockwell America spot. We ate breakfast here twice and it gets better each time. A great place to start the day. Truly a charming spot with good simple food. Slow food.

Breakfast and coffee in maybe the most«Americana» of ways. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is worthy of a Norman Rockwell original. I highly recommend this gem.

This place is so cute… It’s a hole in the wall but then you walk in and it’s the cutest place ever with even cuter mugs! I was very satisfied with the food and the portions were excellent! I will be back! PS They have a treasure chest of teas

I stopped here for breakfast before hitting the road. A classic northeastern railroad car diner — the real thing! Can’t get more american than this! My bacon and eggs on toast were delicious, just the way I was hoping it would be. Prepared right in front of my eyes with care by the lovely chris(?) who was a great host. I loved the atmosphere of this place and the interaction with other patrons at the bar. I don’t think you can get a better value for your money east of the Missouri!

This place is hands down the best breakfast I’ve had on my thousands of miles of travel. The best bacon I’ve ever tasted, and a fantastic setting. The food is very fairly priced, and the taste is so great. Don’t pass this one by!

I liked this place a lot. I was just looking for something simple to eat for lunch. I walked in and saw it wasn’t very big at all and I was the only one in the place. That didn’t worry me at all. I sat down at the bar and ordered a tasty grilled cheese with american, tomato, and ham. It’s a one woman show with just her and her grill. The only complaint I have is the coffee. Since I like my coffee black(why mess with perfection, right?!) so I enjoy tasting coffee. I can tell when the coffee has been sitting for a while. NOT a big deal but a fresh pot goes a long way.
