Taco Bell

We waited in line for 15 minutes before they closed and they never answered us. When we finally pulled up before 12(closing) no one was there. Horrible service. Don’t come here ever!

We stopped in for lunch and, naturally, had a great meal (because TBell is awesome!).
Décor: It’s a Taco Bell… But it was very clean and inviting with not a dirty table or piece of garbage in sight. In fact, the staff is very on point about cleaning (both inside the dining room and outside the building).
Bathroom: Very clean, inviting, and well lit.
Staff: The cashier was friendly and our food was prepared very quickly. It was also very hot and fresh. Additionally, as I said above, the staff is focused on cleanliness. Good staff!
Food: It’s Taco Bell, so it’s delicious! Everything was rather well made and tasted as it should; no complaints.
Value. It’s Taco Bell, fantastic bang for your buck!
I will ALWAYS return to Taco Bell and this location is a solid choice.

The foods good but I drove all the way here from a few towns over and they say there open till 12 but it’s 11:30 and there closed

Burrito supreme is suppose to come with sour cream but mine did not have sour cream on it

Just waited over twenty minutes and still not even our nachos for our screaming toddler. Our answer when we asked about our order?! Three orders in front of ours. I demanded our refund and got the hell out. Terrible management. Couldn’t even refund on our credit card so it took another 10 minutes while 20 other angry customers were waiting in their faces. Taking care of drive through orders instead of the people breathing down your neck? Byeeeee. Lost my business forever.

I tried this location, very nice, clean and impressed to eat inside… will sure come/​visit again. All staff people are good and listen your orders. they also listen you what you want inside or remove and add something else in your order. Nice wide parking.
Just small changes they have to do is when they speak your order sometime you cant listen well. so some loud or some system needed to inform your order is ready!!!

Got rid of the crispy potato tacos. Drive thru takes forever. And the past 3 times I’ve gone there I’ve gone through the drive thru at 11:55pm when I know they do not close until midnight. I know they all want to leave and whatever, but I want my food. It’s very very poor customer service skills. That is how you lose customers. Taco Bell should be open until 1am or later.

Similar to previous poster, I don’t review fast food unless it’s great or horrible. This one is horrible!
Went to drive thru on a rainy Wednesday before thanksgiving, admittedly not a great time to eat anywhere. Ordered one of their extra large chicken stuffed burritos, $ 4.79. At minimum, I was expecting something with chicken in it. I guess I was wrong. Just a small burrito, stuffed with beans, rice, and some bad smelling sour cream. Thankfully I ordered a crunchy taco as well, I needed it because I was still hungry. $ 10 for a fast food meal, would have been better off going to chipotle!
Another small annoyance was asking specifically at the drive-​through window if napkins were included in the bag. The attendant said absolutely, they are in there. Drove away happy to eat in the car, then realized there were no napkins.
Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this specific location. I’m generally a fan of Taco Bell, but I would avoid this place if at all possible. hopefully the franchise manager reads these reviews.

At 8pm on a Wednesday night, it took *20 minutes* to get food in the drive-​through. (I got a text as I drove in, so I had a timestamp.)
There were maybe five cars ahead of us. Not sure why they’re so slow.

I am always happy with the food. Prepared well and tasty. The place is clean always. The tables and floors all set for the day. CLEAN. The counter service is super and the folks are always happy to see a good cashier. Known for years.

Getting my bean burrito — done fresco style of course!
Sorry but this place is quick and an easy way to have a quick and healthy dinner for $ 1.00 too.

Let me preface by saying Taco bell is my most favorite fast food joint ever!
Now with that being said, its clear that my fatness visits many different locations and very frequently. While i find the staff and restaurants fairly clean and friendly, the food portions are a JOKE!!!
I get the taco cantina bell bowl and this place literally is about ¹⁄₃ of the size of the other chains i go to.

Taco Bell is what it is… Great for a hangover…

I dont often review Fast Food places unless they are exceptional either good or bad…
This place sucked, I got to the window & the girl was like «What do you want»? I was like Umm, Who are you talking to? Then I ordered and she was like «Ok», I was waiting for a total or a Thank You or please pull up. NOTHING…
I was just shocked and had my son not been sleeping in the back seat and me not feeling overly guilty because I was cheating on my diet I might have cussed her out!
I get it you work in customer service, but that was YOUR choice not ours, Take your shitty attitude elsewhere…

The only reason I’m docking a star is because it’s Taco Bell and it’s gross fast food and the quality is never going to be good enough to give it 5 stars. Sorry T-​Bell.
However, I was really impressed with this particular store. First of all, it was cleaner than any fast-​food restaurant I have ever been in. I’ve worked in fast food and as I stared back into the kitchen, I was in total shock.
I have particular food restrictions and as I was placing my order (throwing in my needs and restrictions), I could tell the poor girl behind the counter was a little overwhelmed and probably somewhat new. The manager came over and helped place my order (in a way that didn’t make the counter staff seem incompetent which is a great quality in a manager) and they made sure my food was made in a way that I could eat it.
Overall, great fast-​food experience.

Closed at 11:40 on a Sat night? WTF. Your hours say you are open until 12:00. Grrrrr

Let’s face it. Going to Taco Bell in a city is sketch-​tastic.
But Taco Bell in Norwell is divine. It’s clean, normal looking people are inside and the staff is usually some good natured high school kid who smiles and says thank-​you. Fast food in the Burbs is where it’s at.
I’m not going to bother reviewing the food. Everyone knows what Taco Bell tastes like. But if you decide to indulge, don’t think outside the Burbs.

I love Taco Bell.
A lot.
But not this one.
Shouldn’t be that hard to make it right, but any special order takes especially long to order and make. Usually doesn’t come right either.
But it’s Taco Bell — and the only one around. It has to do.
Taco Bell, please come repair this one and open more.
