I HIGHLY recommend coming to The Help Desk to get your technological issues resolved. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee named William. Not only was he very nice and funny, but also very passionate in his job. He took an in-​depth look into my computer and thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done. Just to let you guys know, my computer was seriously infected with viruses and he knew just what to do. Giving me options and details on what needed to be done, I knew I could trust him with my computer. In what seemed like no time, my computer was ready. During the whole process of the repairing period, I received emails and calls updating me on the status of my computer. I was very impressed with his great service and friendliness. If you are in need of computer or any other technological help, I’m sure you will not be disappointed by going to The Help Desk.
