This location is horrible! First of all the woman at the register was doing everything but working the register. It’s like you have six other employees to make the coffee, you need to work the register. Second of all I took my personal cup for filling and the woman making my tea didn’t notice it and gave me my tea in a throw away cup, which was fine it wasn’t a big deal. So I told her «hey can I have my cup back» and she told me she hadn’t made the drink for it yet. I tried explaining how my tea was supposed to go in there but she wasn’t getting it I was 10 minutes late to work because of this location and I think it’s safe to say I will never be back again. It’s like girl I was telling you about my cup don’t argue with me it’s my flipping cup.

This place sucks they have horrible service and I’m glad I didn’t leave a tip the girls ignored me and daughter they have attitudes and all we asked for was a small cup to share our hot chocolate we got from here never coming here again

I had work today… No where is it blatantly posted that Starbucks opens at 6:30 today. On the drive through window it states that Starbucks open at 5:30 on Friday morning.
I am so over this Starbucks and the snooty attitudes of the employees that work here. Management, if you have a snooty attitude too, then this makes sense but it’s not acceptable. You have some amazing employees but most of them are rude. You should probably take time to look at your reviews and see what’s going wrong in your facility.

Omg! Best service EVER!!! The girl named Christy was so helpful. She was friendly and super nice. They were very busy but she found time to help me find the perfect gift for my boss and even opened up the restroom for me. The guy who made my drink had a funny name «Cheggnog». He made one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Ask him to make your drink. The guy up front Kero was really fast and efficient.

Refused to take a free coffee ticket claiming the manager won’t allow it then refused to give me my ticket back. The server then spilled my coffee and just ignored me, not even offering me napkins!

Overall the service and atmosphere are good. The drink and snack selections are varied. My only criticism is this store’s practice of locking the restrooms. You have to ask an employee to unlock the door each time. I hate it when establishments lock their restrooms for whatever reason.

I originally wanted to go to another café to meet a partner for a project, but the café was close. So I came to this Starbucks. Was worried they wouldn’t have any big tables, but this place has like 3.
This place is great for group meetings. Why?
1. Lots of medium tables.
2. Tons of outlets
Come here for meetings!

My go to drink, the venti green tea lemonade sweetened. Trust me when I say that it’s very hard to come across a Starbucks where this drink is made perfectly. Some add too much lemonade, others probably don’t add any, some add too much sweetener while others don’t add none but this location makes it perfectly. So so good! I already for the bf hook!
The drive thru can take a little long, but I don’t mind waiting, just as long as I get my delicious drink. The employees are great! Extremely friendly and always so cheerful.
Oh and their classic coffee cake… sooo good!

Drive thru always takes forever… Every time I go there my drink always tastes like crap, I just left there and of course my drink tastes watered down had to stop at the other Starbucks on Firestone so they can remake it I won’t be going back here.

It’s a standard, stand alone Starbucks. Lots of seating inside, not a lot of seating outside. I came in just before 9am on a Wednesday on the way to the Norwalk Doubletree for a conference. It was pretty dead, but unfortunately its not necessarily walking distance from that hotel.
I always just get a blonde coffee or a tea, so I can’t say much on the craftsmanship on their drink making. The edges of the bagel I asked to be toasted were a little burned, but I know that’s not really the barista’s fault. The baristas themselves were courteous and prompt.

Well who doesn’t like starbucks? Of course they’re over priced, but i just love the caliber of their coffee and how it’s strong, and you can toy with the baristas competencies in coffee making and throw in some odd ball requests on how you want your drink mixed. Lol. I docked a star because starbucks has dominated tge the coffee scene. And needs to be docked a point, to stay modest about their success. Hahhaha.lol. hilarious.

I guess it was a misunderstanding… Its okay to make mistakes mistakes are going to happen it’s how you handle them is what shows character… Christy awesome job at humbling yourself and turning things around!!!

This location isn’t my regular but I only go here since my friend lives close by. This location has a drive thru so if that’s your thing then go for it.

First time here, minimal line, drinks are good, their drive thru helps with the minimal line. Inside the temperature is cold but I like it, it’s not stuffy at all. They have over a dozen tables which is a bug plus in case you need to catch up on work. It’s a clean place and there’s plenty of private parking. Staff was nice. Glad to see that my future sbux will be a please one.

I’m never out of here in under 8 minutes… I’d rather drive a little further than have to wait here and the service is nothing special. I just came back from getting my drink that I was craving to have while I read.
Grrr… I keep forgetting to make sure they get my drink right-​_​– I asked for a iced caramel macchiato upside down with one single shot! I have a love-​hate relationship with this specific Starbucks.
I don’t understand why sometimes I get excellent coffee and other times I don’t.
This is the second time I get my coffee wrong through drive thru. I would have gone back like I did last time but then I got stuck on some traffic on my way home. I’m not trying to be an annoying customer but it just makes me so disappointed.
Plus I didn’t get my caramel on my drink:(
Correct me if I’m wrong as I do not work at Starbucks or have the best knowledge in coffee but doesn’t supposed to have a pump or two of caramel?!
I had imagined a sweet yet coffee taste but noooo.
I wish I could have gone back but man dat traffic: O ain’t no body got time for dat.
