I like to support the independent hardware stores, as I loathe everything about Home Depot. But, I’m done with this particular store.
First of all, the place is a mess. Guy who works there is clueless. Called ahead of time to make sure they had a part I was looking for. He assured me they had it. I drive 20 minutes to get there, not only does he not understand what I’m looking for… they don’t have it. He didn’t even bother to look for what I was asking for when he said they had it. So I wasted my time during an incredibly busy day at work. I was pretty angry. All I got was «Sorry, man.» Yeah, well, sorry you will be out of business soon.
