The chow mein looked terrible, undercooked, and like they use cheap noodles. The lady looked at me and went to take the person’s order behind me. I told them nobody helped me and they ask«do you want me to take your order?» 7 bucks for a tiny bit of chicken and crappy rice? No thanks.

Like one reviewer said, it is fast food so you get what you pay for. My food was a little cold when I got it. I was hungry so I did enjoy it. I have been to panda express before and I will return. I like it when the chow mein is fresh and just. out of the wok. The best! Overall the location is clean and for the most part the people who work there do greet you.

Wasn’t too busy when we went there, they were out of orange chicken had to wait for the fresh one to be made. Overall average panda express i would say. Close by the 5 freeway…

My husband and I had dinner here last night and there was a school fundraiser in progress. They had a sign posted saying 20% of all sales will go to the school. Cool. This restaurant is located in the bank of america plaza that shares a large parking lots with other large nearby stores. However, there is ample parking. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy. Once a customers departs from their meal, an employee is right behind them cleaning the table of any fallen food. Drink station is kept clean without any spills and well stocked with utensils and straws. There were probably 9 people in line but the server was pretty fast and churning through the crowd. The food looked fresh and anything that was nearing empty, the cook in the back was already preparing. The maximum wait time for back up food supply was 5 minutes according to a few folks in front of me. The server provided a good amount of food and was not stingy like many other locations I have been to. The chow men was good but the fried rice was a bit burnt and bland. Luckily, my main entrees made up for it. It is a chinese fast food change so I am not expecting the world.

I don’t always have Panda Express, but when I do, it’s because I’m craving their orange chicken. This was my first time coming to this location. I waited about 5 minutes for a new batch of orange chicken(because it’s my favorite), but unfortunately the chicken was lacking flavor, the broccoli was soggy and the beef wasn’t as great. Anyhow, the location looked clean and the employees were friendly.

I love the Panda Express chain. However, the employees at this Norwalk location need to take a course on customer service. First, they did not welcome you. Were in a bad mood while asking for what meal you’d like. Second, if you have to wait for the food to be hot and ready you’re going to wait… a long time. Also, they gave me very little of the food items. No apologies for the long wait. Lastly, employee Yucaia(however you spell it) is extremely rude. While filling two drinks she opened the bottom cabinet and hit my knee. And went out of her way to move me while filling up the drinks rushing me. NOTHAPPY

I have been a regular at this location for a really long time but I will no longer be attending anymore I just experienced the worst broccoli beef ever and not only that the rest of my food wasn’t even hot.

Quick review. The cashier, Yucia(spelled something like that) has the worse attitude. She definitely needs a course on customer service. She thought she was doing me a favor. The overall experience was good besides that sour look on the cashier face. Well at least it matched her attitude. Sour!

I just had the most amazing service from Michelle! She knows how to multiply task while being polite and was very friendly. To my surprise she even walked around the counter to give us our bags!!! She is a keeper and I hope she becomes very successful in the future.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but after two visits this place earned zero stars. Expect a wait of 20 minutes or more. They’ll miss up your order. Customer service doesn’t mean anything to the staff here. Team work? They have a long way to learn this.

I have eaten here 3 times. 1st and 2nd experiences were during lunch and were ok in terms of portions of food ordered. The 3rd time i came in was near closing time and seemed to have less food on my plate. So i suppose the more food they can save not serving, the more food the staff can bring home?

There hasnt been a single instance where I have come in here and the it hasn’t been busy. Prime location! In all honesty there really isnt anything special about panda express. You go because its fast, easy and generally tasty. The flavors are consistent and generally mainstream so its safe for the masses.

It’s 12 o’clock and all the near by business’s are going on break and this manager can’t keep her staff on point. They are falling apart in front of the lunch crown nothing is getting exported at the register. It’s hard to watch am I on restaurant rescue? Don’t come here if it wasn’t for my strict one hour lunch I would have abandoned ship and eat somewhere else but the other nearby food places are just as busy. Don’t come during 12−2pm manager/lead Zoydette needs better training and more staff.

Food is to be expected. However, the girl working the line is talking about her cycle, cramps, her symptoms and how she’s going to start soon. O and the other girl working is going to start soon too. Wow.

The girl who gave us our food definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. We walked in and it was not crowded at all — no one greeted us nor did they approach us to see what we wanted — they were just standing there talking to each other. A few seconds go by & this girl finally asked us what we wanted. She gave us the smallest scoops in the world. The booths that were near the food are were all dirty with food all over the tables & seats. The drinks were all watered-down. Definitely not coming back to this location. I’d rather just eat at the mall.

Showed up there today at 10:30(they open at 10). They only had orange chicken and a couple other dishes ready. I asked if I could Beijing beef and the cashier said it would be about 15 minutes. So I asked the obvious question of why would you open up and not have anything ready? I was given a lack luster response. I guess my only tip about this place is that don’t come and eat for the first hour and half their open cause nothing is ready. Probably part of the reason for the low stars

This is by far the worse panda express ive had! Sweet hawiaan chicken was very tasty but the chicken was waaaay over fried where it was crunchy. Orange chicken was the same and looked dry as if its not fresh. The girl server was super nice tho. Good customer service. Please dont over fry/cook the chicken and the chow mein! Its not that hard!

First & for most I have to say is the shopping area in this area is pretty ghetto yet there are pretty much good stores to check out. I had to choose Panda Express out of all of them because of their décor & how big this is! Haven’t seen a spacious Panda where you have choices to where to sit! Now the food is full of flavor. I was greeted, offered to sample, then picked my favorite Steak & String Bean Chicken dishes. Price was alright. Yet the environment & energy in this Panda was very comforting & welcoming. Customer Service was great. The manager walked around to see if everyone was satisfied with their meal. I’m glad I found this Panda, I’ve been coming now for 4 months and the employees know my name. I really can’t complain about anything except for their prices. All in all I say check this Panda Express out to experience their welcoming environment!

I am a fan of panda for sure… This location is located in a big shopping center which is great since there is always parking … Hey panda if you know lunch time is very busy why are you not prepared? Every time I’ve been there they make you wait since they run out of food… They give you a big portion but it’s making up for all the waiting they make you do. The chow main doesn’t taste the same as other pandas either. So not a big fan of this location…
