Oceanblue has a lot of dive planning experience and this benefits divers participating in their trips; Oceanblue has the knowhow, contacts and relationships at the dive locations to ensure logistically smooth and safe diving. I also appreciate the participation and leadership that Oceanblue brings to scuba diving in this area at all the major scuba diving education and other events. This combined with the company’s environmental stewardship make for a scuba group excelling in every way for their divers.

One of the most detailed yet exciting things I started in my life was scuba diving. My initial introduction at another dive shop was rushed and lacking. I was recommended to take the next step from a fellow diver at Oceanblue(wasRex). The instructors were engaging, interactive and very educated. I have since developed a passion for diving. I have had many opportunities to dive with some of the instructors and develop a friendship. Great shop, great people!

I had a great experience with my first dry suit purchase at Oceanblue. My wife wanted to surprise me with it as a gift. She had gone in to see Steve the store manager/instructor. He gave her a loaner suit in a new DUI box so she could present it to me. I went to the shop for measurements and suggestions on all my options. They made it exciting and educational. I had not dove in a dry suit since my certification(with Oceanblue) so I arranged to dive with George another staff instructor at Dutch Springs in PA. George was informative, easy-going and exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. It was a great first dive! I had a great experience at the shop and out for training with the Oceanblue staff. Highly recommended dive shop! :-)

Great dive shop with great staff. Steve is the office manager and he’s knowledgeable about the gear he sells and more then willing to explain stuff and talk about it, but he doesn’t do the«hard sell», which is great. He’s also very willing to order in any piece of gear that you’re looking for if he doesn’t have it on hand, so get off the internet and support your local dive shop(which is generally the golden rule… except for captain saam in stamford — he’s a jerk) I haven’t been diving with them, so I can’t tell you what the staff is like on the boat.
