LAZY, LAZY, LAZY. Worst hair place ever, my mom comes home with a mess of an updo. She said she didn’t want it too high but the stupid lady insisted that she does it this way. She didn’t even wash her hair all she did was tease and pull it up into something that looked like a turd on the back of her head. Only 15 minutes spent and $ 30 all wasted. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. Don’t ever come here!!!

I was very happy with my haircut. I told Maggie (the owner) exactly what I wanted and she cut my hair perfect. I am definitely going back again! Very clean too.

A while back, this salon was known as «Siluetas». I am so glad that this place has gone under new management and a much needed/​welcomed facelift!
I’m guessing that Maggie is the owner/​main stylist here. She is really nice and does a great job. I’ve seen her shopping at the nearby Sally’s, so it’s cool that she’ll support and make use of the other local buisnesses.
I’ve mentioned in my Quick tips that this salon does nails, too, specializing in «el stilo de Sinaloa». It makes for a very interesting nail; pretty, in a sense, but something that I wouldn’t do myself.
My whole family goes to this salon. And if for some reason we can’t make it to this salon, there is a sister salon a little ways up north on Norwalk and Imperial. Same owner, same name, same décor, different location.
