Braach’s Flowers

I spend $ 85 plus tax to $ 90 to have 9 red roses arrangement with small yellow roses. The boss didn’t make the arrangement look nice. Extremely disappointed with the look of the flowers. The Pictures she put up on her album probably are not from hers. Won’t go back there again. Regret I have ordered the flowers there

I asked for a spring arrangement delivered last week. I explained how I wanted it to look. When I received a photo of the arrangement I was extremely disappointed. I spent over $ 60 and the arrangement looked like a tacky $ 25 grocery store purchase.
This was their last chance, I ordered a $ 160 arrangement sent to a family funeral in January 2015. When I saw what was delivered versus what we spoke about on the phone I was not satisfied.
I have ordered floral arrangements from them over the past 4 – 5 years from out of state. I was very satisfied until the last two purchases. Too much money to spend on a gift that is not predictable. Most friends and family aren’t going to tell you the flowers weren’t satisfactory. Perhaps this florist is taking advantage of the fact that I am ordering from out of state & won’t see the arrangement (counts on the family being too gracious to comment negatively).

I’m in San Diego, CA and needed a florist for delivery this afternoon to a funeral in Norwalk, CT. I looked up florists in CT on Unilocal and I decided that with mostly 5 stars on all Unilocal reviews, I would try Braach’s. I called and Llinda was awesome. So professional and she even knew which service I was calling for. I’m so appreciative of of your customer service… something which is no longer common, even in the customer service industry.

I used braach flowers for a corporate event 2 weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. This was a $ 1000 order so I was not happy when I saw the final product.
I met with them to discuss what I wanted the center pieces to look like and they ended up doing exactly what I told them I didn’t want. I brought in pictures of very full arrangements and told them I wanted absolutely no filler or greenery. They even pulled out flowers to show me what it would look like. Instead I received vases where more than half of the arrangement was greenery. And in my opinion 6 carnations or 6 roses with greenery is not worth $ 40 an arrangement.
Im not sure if we were considered a small order and they just didn’t give my requests the time it deserved, or if they didn’t like what I had asked for and did it the way they wanted instead, but I was very unhappy and felt it was a waste of time to have talked about what I wanted in the first place.
I have tried emailing them about my disappointment and haven’t heard anything back.

I bought a bouquet of flowers and a balloon for a special occasion and was pretty disappointed. First, I have never paid so much money for a bouquet of flowers, but I was willing to do it for a big occasion. I called earlier in the morning to place an order to be picked up late afternoon and agreed with the person on the phone that the bouquet would consist of 10 flowers of one type and 6 flowers of a different type for the agreed price. When I showed up to pick up the bouquet, I noticed that there were only 6 flowers of one type and 3 flowers of the other type — half of what we agreed upon earlier that morning. I had asked what happened to the other flowers and was told that the price of the flowers I requested was actually higher than what they had specified when I made the order that morning and to still fit into the agreed upon price, they simply included fewer flowers in the bouquet. I had no choice at that point, but to purchase what was there, but I would not come back to this florist again.

I just got off the phone with the most lovely person, Linda. My husband forgot to send his sweet sister flowers for their shared birthday. Linda was so kind and courteous and she didn’t even correct me when I accidentally referred to the Bouquet as «Banquet», ha ha !! See what happens when you rush things last minute… your brain just turns to mush. I let her know what style we were going for, and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you again Linda for helping me make my sister in law’s day so special at the very last minute!

I had Braach’s flowers do all of the flowers for my wedding in June 2012 and still have not stopped receiving compliments on how beautiful all of the arrangements were! Linda made all of my wedding visions come to life and went above and beyond. There aren’t many instances where you can tell a florist that you want a mailbox on the gift table and it has to be pretty, but Linda did it! The whole shop has a true passion for making beautiful creations out of flowers and I am so glad I had them as my florist.

We used Braachs Flowers for our wedding. They were absolutely wonderful. Neither my fiancée nor I really knew entirely what we wanted, or exactly how much of each thing we needed, but Braach’s was a humongous help!
On the day of, the flowers were delivered and setup extremely quickly and professionally. I heard no complaints from our caterer, and the flowers were beautiful. They were fresh, colorful, and we were both extremely happy.
We would absolutely go here again for our flora needs!

I live in FL and had to send flowers for a funeral in CT. The funeral palor reccommend a different shop but I wasn’t thrilled with the website or selections, so I Unilocaled florest in Stamford. Braach’s which is in Norwalk had 2 good reviews, fair prices, and a nice website, so I gave them a call. The woman that answerd, sorry I forget her name, was very pleasent, competent, and helpful. She worked with me on the size of the basket and the price. I asked her to call me when the flowers were delivered and she did. My Uncle said the flowers were beautiful; if I’d seen them myself I am sure this would have been a 5 star review.
All seems to have went well. Thank you Braach’s and unnamed helper!

I hired Braach’s House of Flowers for the floral arrangements at m wedding. The consultant we spoke to was very knowledgeable and creative. She helped me rethink my design to work with winter flowers and create a cohesive look from rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony to reception. I really loved their vases and other décor items.
After our initial meeting we communicated by e-​mail which was not very reliable. Some of the flower arrangements were not the exact color combinations I requested. I would chalk that up to it being winter and not their incompetence. On the whole, all of the flowers were beautiful. My bouquet especially was stunning and they even wrapped flowers for my hair on short notice. The bridesmaids bouquets dried wonderfully and will make a great keepsake.
The best part is that they are really reasonably priced. If I didn’t like going to the flower market so much myself, I would defiantly hire them again for other events.
