Atomic Rooter

This is an excellent service. We have used them on several occasions for plumbing blockages in our home. They are extremely prompt in getting back to you when you call them. Every time we have called them, they have sent someone out the same day. Prices are a little on the high side, but we have been satisfied with the work they do. Their staff are very polite, and they take care to be neat around the house. When you have a major plumbing problem, the important thing is getting someone out to the house fast, and having the problem resolved when they leave. We have been satisfied on both counts.

We scheduled an appointment 2.5 weeks in advance to clean a storm drain and a pair of leader drains. After making the appointment, I configured my schedule to be available at the appointment time frame, which was 9 to 11am.
On the day of the appointment, nobody showed or called. After 11am came and went, I called up to see if the technician was running late but couldn’t get a live person and was directed to leave a voice mail. Nobody has got back to me. All in all, the entire experience was a complete waste of time.
I’m now back to square one in my search for a drain cleaning company. Thanks for nothing Atomic Rooter!

We had a bad clog on the sewer line and we called anther big named plumber. They came twice and couldn’t find out the issue. And we spent thousands of dollars but the issue was not fixed. Sewer backed out 3 – 4 times into our first floor’s bathroom. I called Steve and he came on the second day’s morning. They used snake and the commercial jet. And from the snake video the found out the spot of the clogging area. After digging, it is exactly where the issue is. It turns out our sewer line didn’t hooked to the city server line. There is a foot gap between. Our problem finally solved. I would highly recommend the company to other people.

Reliable and always have gotten the job done. I think we’ve used them 2 – 3 times by now with sinks and toilets. They were always on time, came the next or the following time. I also appreciated advice on what needs to be fixed and what I can hold off of for now. I would highly recommend.

Returned phone call was pronto from AtomicRooter — my mom has a faucet with no water pressure in it. Tried to fix a couple of times on my own (unclog the spout?) to no avail. They were over the next day… said we need a new faucet. They were back 3 days later with the part, everything is awesome. Staff very polite and worked great with her schedule.
Owner called back to ask if things were ok… I’m happy and will definitely work with them again. It’s great to work with contractors who are prompt and really do care about their customers.
