I drive through this area a lot and all through southern california. I needed a place to rest my head for a night and came across Anchor Inn. I had a clean room, fresh linens, and a good experience with the front office. What more does a commuter need. I woke up rested the next day and moved on to my next account meeting. Thanks Anchor Inn

Read Jolili Q’s review and that’s spot on. Do your self a favor and take a nap in your car if you are to tired to drive then on to search for another room. HORRIBLEDISGUSTINGFILTHYDEGRADING.

Anchor Inn Motel has definitely come a long way! The motel has undergone much renovation once Jim, the owner, has since taken it under his wing. I am a frequent customer traveling from San Diego. Anchor Inn Motel is typically my first choice in the Norwalk area. I have stayed at the other motels in the area but hands down this is my favorite. Jim really strives to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. And what other business is the owner on the premises 24 hours out of a day. As for the rooms, they have replaced the mattresses and furniture from the last time I was there(they’re alot better than what’s pictured). Here’s a bonus: FREEWIFI! You truly do get what you pay for. I highly recommend this motel if you’re seeking for one that’s a safe environment and delivers exceptional service. It is really the best deal in town!

Day #1 — Mon 4⁄23 First thing I notice while going to restroom, towels weren’t stack in rack, and towels were dirty. #2 — Tue 4⁄24 I love walking barefoot. That’s the biggest mistake there. By 9pm, my feet was blacker than black.(Picture will be uploaded) During this time, I ask the owner if they can mop(showed him my feet, but he didn’t bother looking down, wonder y) Asked for clean towels, and received dirty ones w some clean ones. Yay! Back to square one! #3 — Wed 4⁄25 They mop but all the dirt was spread to different spots of the room. I thought it would be ok to walk barefoot again. mistake again! Foot was black again. Makes me wonder if they used soap?! #4 — Thu 4⁄26 Tried calling for housekeeping but no one would answer the phone. while making a call, I notice the phone didn’t belong. The phone belong at frontier the hotel in las Vegas… For the amount they charge a week here, I would think they would buy their phones rather than steal from another company.(Picture will be uploaded.) Order pizza wed night n woke up w a dead cockroach on the box. Found another one and killed it under the bathroom area sink. And my husband saw one while in the rest room. #5 — Fri 4⁄27 Called for housekeeping but the owner said noon. they didn’t end up at noon. and they left a mess outside my door! There’s a laundry room here(as I’ve been told, but ive never seen it) To wash is $ 1.25 and to dry is $ 1.00 By the way, the«free WiFi» doesn’t work. Password is PAY4LESS During their«housekeeping» they didn’t take out the trash or refold or replace new towels.
