I would gladly recommend John and his team to anyone looking to buy or refinance. He also helped my father years ago and is now helping a cousin.
He truly makes you feel comfortable and at ease with the process. I was intimidated about the process and a little nervous being a first time home buyer in all. John made us feel totally comfortable and treated as if I was a star client. He was always available when I needed him and he worked very hard to get everything into place for us. He has a team that crosses every T and dots every I.
I cannot imagine handling a loan any other way and I look forward to referring anyone I know!

Province Mortgage is excellent! After having some subpar experiences with other mortgage brokers who refused to work with us because we weren’t buying in the next few months, we were referred to John Faria at Province Mortgage by our realtor. John immediately took the opportunity to work with my wife and I to reach our goals. We set some pretty aggressive savings goals over a year period to get the loan product that we wanted. After a year we hit our goals after John checked in and offered advice every month.
He truly puts his customers first and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. I’m happy to have created a life long partnership with John and will continue to use him in the future on new loans and refi’s.
