I went there just gazing at things, Christmas was coming, I thought of something nice for the wife.
Sales associate was very nice and helpful, I found these gorgeous earrings on sale. But I wanted them in yellow gold. Manager stated, give these to your wife, if she likes them we will get you them in yellow gold.
My wife didn’t like them. She loved them, so today I am going back to exchange them for the earrings in yellow gold. I know they are a special order item, but I am willing to wait.
Zales treated me right and got me an awesome Christmas gift for my wife!!!
