Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I’m sitting in my car as I’m writing this and getting my oil change. Everyone here is sooooo friendly! They checked my transmission fluid levels and noticed it was low so they filled it for me. I normally go to just tires for my oil change since they are a tad bit cheaper however I appreciate the care they put into customer service here so much that I will only be coming here for oil changes. Btw tammy is amazing!

I’ve taken my car to this Valvoline twice & both times I’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge about the general wear and tear of my car.
Tammy is the current manager of this location & she runs a tight ship. Her colleagues work w/​the same enthusiasm & and work ethic as she does. They got me in and out in under 15min of servicing my car. I will continue to take my vehicle to this store simply because of the candor of the staff. I will also recommend this store to as many people as I can.

Awesome!!! One of the best Oil Changes I got. Was able to stay in my car and just wait comfortably. Took less than 20 minutes. Chris and Kay helped me out and they were very helpful with all the information. Kay explained everything to me in the best way I could ever understand. She wasn’t talking to me as if I were another mechanic. She was awesome! Thanks. Definitely coming back!!!

I’ve been coming here to get my oil changed for the past year or two and remembered that they always check your headlights for you. My driver side headlight was out so I called in to ask if they would have the correct bulb to replace it. The person on the phone was friendly but said they wouldn’t know if they have the bulb but they should. I said well can you check for the make and model of the car? But she kept insisting that they would not know until they take out the old bulb but it’ll only take 5 minutes.
I went on my lunch break and they spent 30 minutes prying and pulling and trying all sorts of things just try to get the bulb out. At one point there were 4 workers in front of my car yanking and looking. It was beginning to turn into a joke of some sort, How many valvoline employees does it take to change a headlight?
Finally they gave up and said they were unable to do it.
I asked if they could give me a coupon or something for wasting 30 minutes of my time since i was on a time crunch and intitally told the process would take just 5 minutes! The lady said no and they don’t have coupons which i know is a lie because I’ve been given a coupon there before for being patient! The business shouldn’t advertise a service they cannot complete and should try their best to compensate for the inconvenience.
I will not be returning again for any more services.

Did drive-​thru with my bf for his car; took a little longer than we thought it would and they couldn’t give him a sticker for the car so we’ll just have to wing it for the next visit.
Reset on the display was challenging as no one knew how to convert it from km to mpg but we got it figured out.
Would’ve given 5 stars but the tech dropped glasses on his car and he wasn’t too thrilled about that and there was no apology either :(

I’m giving them 2 stars because the service guys were friendly enough. However, they wanted to charge me $ 101 to change the oil on my VW Passat. They said it requires a «special» kind of oil which explained the higher rate. Are you kidding? I know the exact kind of synthetic European motor oil my car takes and it is only a couple dollars more at the store.
Sure, I expected a slightly higher rate due to the quick, no appointment service model, but not $ 101. I don’t care if there are safety inspections and $ 10 off coupons online.
I won’t blame the workers here since I assume this is the company rate, and I don’t like giving out negative reviews. But $ 101 is ridiculous. I’ll make an appointment to get a decent oil change done elsewhere for a third of that price, thanks.

These folks are like a well-​oiled (no pun intended, just kidding totally intended) machine. Let me start by saying, I can’t stand jiffy lube mainly because when I was younger they pressured me into an expensive fuel injection service cleaning that I could’ve had my dad’s mechanic do. Anyway, now I have a mechanic. A good mechanic, but my car couldn’t wait and needed an oil change desperately. I called in to ask if they service Cadillacs and they took all my information to double check if they had all the recommended parts and oil for my car. They went over most of the costs before I even said I would come down.
When I arrived I drove right into the bay, I stepped out and one of the service advisors (who I had just spoke to) greeted me with a smile and said, «we just talked?!» I said, yup! She then said «cool, well, we are a drive through service so you can totally just stay in your car.» Nice!
She loaded my profile up and away they went. She went over the service agreement and I verbally agreed. They aired up my tires, changed my dead turn signals and did an overall wonderful job.
They are like a machine as they yelled out to each of their teammates for verification of work done. I felt very confident in their work. They didn’t try to upsell me on other services that I didn’t need (it’s good when these places don’t assume you don’t know crap about your car and don’t have a mechanic). Each step of the way was verbally confirmed with me… they even showed me the new oil and the dipstick with clean oil that was in my car. I was in and out in about 20 mins. Just great stuff. Such a positive experience with smiles all around from all the service people!

These guys are awesome. It’s almost never that busy when I come in and I’m out really fast. Everyone is nice and helpful, they even gave me a coupon book for my next services! They also seemed to work together really well and enjoy their jobs, which prob means they get treated well as employees which is super important for good work and productive workers.

Again another positive visit. I always find a coupon and is honored. The service is great and quick. ALEX is the man! Great and friendly service. Be back again.

They changed my oil just fine… I hope!
1. The literally left oil all over the inside of my car-​not dirt, Oil. On my Door, Steering wheel, shifter, and I was the one who parked and pulled out of the station.
2. I had a a break light go out, they asked if they could fix it, I said yes. They do not have the knowledge or skill to accomplish this task. They took a really long time figuring out how to access to it and then switched out my bad bulb with three (3) different new bulbs before returning tio back to it previous state. They told me I might have blown a fuse or have a short in the wiring.
Next day, I went to Autozone and in 5min., I bought a bulb and replaced my break light.
Easy-​peasy– They were changing the wrong bulb the whole time.
On a good note, the employee’s were friendly.

Just had an amazing experience at this place. I do love far but I always come to this location the staff is always super helpful and nice to me! Alex today was amazing and awesome, he is super nice and really took care of my car! thanks so much for all your help you guys rock!!! so great! :)

Wow!!! Best customer service. I love that there’s a women manager. The team is amazing and I trust this place with my car. She help my mom and me and it made getting an oil change fun.

The team was great, Fast, easy, and simple. The manger Was cool his whole team was great I felt a good work environment when I went in, glad I came here to do my oil change and tire rotation, I’m definitely coming back!

Just like what everyone says, fast, friendly and prices are pretty good! Will be coming back for sure.

Consistently excellent and friendly service. They know how to treat customers and value return patrons. They carry filters necessary for newer German cars. Thank you Daniel for quick and superb service.
My only recommendation is that figure out how to allow customers to enter their establishment from more than one entrance. They have an excellent corner location with only 1 weird entrance. They probably lose business because of it.

First time here for an oil change. Went Friday at about 4:45 pm and was out in about 15 to 20 minutes — and never had to leave my car. I was a little weary of trying an «instant» place because of negative experiences with constant up-​selling that I’ve had at a competitor (that rhymes with Iffy Lube). I didn’t get that vibe from Valvoline though.
When I pulled in, I was given a few options to choose from regarding an oil change. I chose the cheapest option which they call «Conventional» at $ 39.99 + $ 1.49 HWF. After tax my total was $ 43.10.
Danny, the manager, explained what services the crew would be performing before they started. They checked the fluids, and in my case, topped off the power steering fluid at no extra cost.
They also checked the battery. Mine failed, but I chose to not replace it here. I did not feel pressured to.
They checked the air filter and showed me that mine needed to be replaced. However, they do not carry my particular kind in stock, so I’m just adding it to the list of «need to’s» for my clunker.
After they were done, they showed on my oil dipstick that the level was full.
Danny also noticed that I had some tree debris in the gap between my hood and windshield because I park under a tree. When I pulled forward from my drive through lane, a different tech, Joe, blew the debris out and removed other leaves by hand. To me, this is going the second mile and is appreciated.
With my receipt, I received a $ 10 off coupon for my next oil change.
The three gentlemen I spoke with during this visit — Danny, Joe, and another whose name I did not get — were all very friendly.
So…
Five stars for the friendliness of the staff.
Five stars for the convenience and speed of the drive through service.
Four stars for the price. (I know I could get it done from about $ 10 cheaper elsewhere.)
Rounding up: Five stars.

Nice & Clean location. Service and customer treatment was superb. from start to finish the mechanics were helpful and informative. With Valvoline you have the liberty to stay in the car which is fantastic considering we have a 10 month old baby, which was sleeping at the time. (Nap with no disturbance) Price was very well in the fair range, and they didn’t just stop at the oil and oil filter, they provided air inflation, washer fluid and other fluid checks and top offs. We are definitely coming back here again on our next oil change. Keep up the great work guys!
