Subway

Horrible customer service. Person dealing with me didn’t even look at me. He didn’t even ask what kind of bread I wanted when he started my order. If I could give no star I would. He had a sour face the whole time and didn’t smile once. Horrible. Will never go here again.

If I could put negative stars I would. I swear this Subway has got to be the most cheap subway I have ever been to. I asked for cheese on my breakfast sandwich and the Hindu lady put a pinch of cheese. When have you ever gone to subway and they only put a punch of cheese. Her attitude was worse. Won’t be coming here anymore. The one on Tampa and Victory is the best!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The people who work here are super rude., specifically Taslima.
First of all we got here at around 9:15 and the seats were already put up when they close at 11! Then we had made an online order for two flatizzas and according to the associate they don’t make them anymore. When we asked for a one time substitution she made a huge fuss out of it. She continued to say because she had no box she would need to roll it up like a sandwich. When we asked if she could just place it on any plate or salad container she refused. Then she just started to SLOPPILY throw on the ingredients and literally threw around the bread. The first time around she dropped it. The next one she threw it around everywhere and we decided that it was enough and asked for a refund. She had so much attitude and it was absolutely disgusting that someone in the food industry could be so damn rude and treat the food so bad. Then she went to call her manager for like 5 minutes and Lo and behold, she can’t do refunds for online orders. I will never return here. Also, it was so freaking dirty here. I will upload pictures shortly.

The customer service was on point and food, as always, was good and healthy (If you make the right choices).

They are fast and friendly over here. They always make my order correct when i feeling like eating healthy lol.

Ashley is my official sandwich maker. She’s the best and we have the same name. Heck yes. Lol. She’s usually there everytime I go in. I usually get an Oven Roasted Chicken sandwich.

Eat here every couple of weeks or so when in Northridge. So far I haven’t had any bad problems. The employees are actually friendly and get the order right. I like the fact that the prep station is clean and well stocked. It actually makes the sandwich ingredients look appetizing.
Love the tuna on the jalapeño with a bit of lettuce, jalapeños, black olives, black pepper and some oil or mayo. If you like spicy food, try that! Think out of the box and sometimes you’ll find a new concoction that is actually better than what they offer.
The store is always clean and the trash isn’t peeking out of the can.
