UNPROFESSIONAL&HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I usually don’t have the character nor the time to give energy to such a bad business but this might help future customers: First and foremost, my significant other and I buy shoes from this location frequently so I feel it is more of a particular employee problem. I had ordered shoes from this location in which ADRIANA said they would arrive in 7 days seeing that they didn’t have my size. Not only did they call me over 30 days later but when I arrived my shoes were not there. Yes the other young lady did do her best to find them but after 30min of looking and with the mall soon closing I had enough! The young lady then said she had called Adriana and she had told her she never called me or made a phone call to anyone about picking up their order. I responded by playing her voicemail with her name in which she left me to the other employee. I let them keep the order(that wasn’t even there) and the money. It really wasn’t the fact that they couldn’t find my shoes or even that it took 30days for them to come up with absolutely nothing. It’s the fact that they did nothing to accommodate me nor try to fix the problem, that’s where your customer service lacks. I will not be returning to this store for any future purchases.

I think Tim L. Needs to find a new hobbie than to complain about shoe stores I mean this store is good I win raffles their or loose some witch doesn’t matter since I find them everywhere that people sell I personally always find shoes here. I guess he had a lot of time to camp out for general release shoes I recommend u to find stores that have raffles I mean that way u get your pair and size instead of trying to get people fired witch makes nonsense I mean their just shoes theirs more important things in life than trying to get the new retros that everyone sells anyways best of luck to you man hope you get all the Jordan’s in the world

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I must this time. I had bought these awesome nike shoes that were my favorite color but they were a kids size and when I wore them at work, they hurt my arch. I went to the Northridge mall to return them. The assistant manager there who was an Indian looking female was really mean and super unhelpful. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he was in the bathroom and that he would take a while. Another employer came out and I spoke to him. His name is literally LA. He was amazing and very helpful. He was a former manager at footlocker and honestly his people skills showed it. I was still waiting for the manager and the mean Indian assistant manager told me he went to a meeting. I said«you told me he was in the bathroom.» She began to stutter and told me he would take a while. The other customers were also looking at her confused. GIVEHERPOSITIONTOLA! He actually knows what he’s talking about! He’s the only reason I considered giving this store more than one star. I recommend footlocker as they are a lot more lenient with the return policy!

Got the sexiest pumps here! I like shiekh because they offer tons of different styles at pretty good prices.
