Jack in the Box

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. My husband went though the drive through today and had the worst customer service ever with an employee by the name of Vanessa there. She was rude upon pulling up, she gave him attitude at the window and asked him to pull around to the front to wait for his order. After waiting over 15 minutes and having our daughter with him, while awaiting she had to use the restroom. He told the employee that he would be right back to pick up the order, when he exited the restroom, the food was on the hood of our car! Who does that?
When he asked for her name she muttered it as she walked away from him. Upon arriving home and going through our order, we find out that what was in our bags was not complete or incorrect! The kids meal had no fries or a toy, the sourdough jack ended up being a chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich was totally wrong. Tacos were not in the bag and the sauces requested we’re even received.
This has been the worst experience ever at this location as I have been coming here since high school. Hire employees that actually care about their job!

Love the breakfast burrito over here. The service is good here but kind of slow at the drive thru.

My burgers and sandwiches are always freshly made… The only thing is my fries and tacos are not as «fresh» as they could be… They somehow taste soggy and old. As for the fries too cold and excessive salt! But service is decent and fast!

The customer service here was awful. Then they mistaken my ordered for someone else’s, so they gave my food to some random girl. I came back, asking for my food of course. Then they said that the girl which was my supposedly «friend» that walked in with me. I had payed for that food, I had the receipt on me. Then they refused to give me my food, for about an hour arguing with these childish people. Then thank the lord, the Manager came. She was much nicer then the other two girls. Then she gave me my food, because she obviously saw that the two employees were wrong. But all that just for a medium size curly fries… Never going back to that Jack-​in-​the-​box.

Pulled up to this Jack N The Box around 5:00AM 8÷2÷15 and employee Martha said that they were closed because she said that someone had an accident but yet the drive thru says that they are open 24hrs. and there was already a car at the drive thru window, I also saw other employees inside working and it did not look like anybody had an accident so I did not get any help or service and I just left. This is the very first time that this has ever happend and I go to this spot a lot. Honestly Martha was the worst employee ever and should not be working at this Jack N The Box if she is going to tell people that its closed but yet the drive thru clearly states that it is OPEN 24hrs. She should be TERMINATED for this kind of behavior. Worst employee at Jack N The Box is Martha and should not be working here and should be TERMINATED.

There nothing special about this jack in the box they do have good customer service but I do feel like they could just be a little faster in their drive through.

Yadira is so friendly, very accurate, and honest. The food is really good if you’re not happy with your order the more than happy to remake it. I’ve never had a problem at this location very good and to the point.

By far the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been too. The only reason I keep going back to this place is because it’s walking distance from where I live. First let me start off by saying the customer service here is horrible. My girlfriend and I have been here many times and all times the employees were rude, at the drive-​thru and inside. Maybe because their all chunts. Lol. The whole time me and my girlfriend were standing there they kept smirking and dogging us. I mean I get you don’t like your job I wouldn’t either working at Jack in the box but don’t take it out on your customers we’re the reason your getting paid. Change your profession or something. Lmao. Second they took literally 20 minutes making my order, which was 8 tacos and large fries. Maybe it was because they messed up on a customers order before me. And you can hear the managers fake apology as the customer smirked, shook his head and left. The girl who took my order didn’t hear my girlfriend say we wanted curly fries and when I was being handed my order the manager forgot about my fries, when I said large curly fries the lady in the back cooking was screaming no it was regular fries so I checked my receipt and dealt with it. And the whole time the lady in the back was dogging my girlfriend. Then I asked the manager for 8 ranch sauces (I don’t know why their so skimpy with the sauces like it comes out of their paychecks) but he only gave me 3 so I stood there until he acknowledged me after talking with his employees and asked for 2 more knowing he wasn’t going to give me 8. If you’ve never been here don’t come here!!!

I’m not big on writing reviews, but my experience here was SO BAD that I felt compelled to write this review. First of all, I came here at the request of my husband who was craving something sweet so I agreed to stop by. Upon pulling in to the dark driveway, I noticed there weren’t any lights on except inside the restaurant. I pulled into the drive-​thru and asked if their drive-​thru was accepting orders and the guy replied that they were, so I placed my order. He told me to pull up to the window and he would tell me my total then so that’s what I did. There was one car ahead of me and it seemed like a fairly long wait, long enough for my 3 year old to exclaim, «Why isn’t he going?!» When we finally pulled up to the window the guy who I assumed took my order was preoccupied with something other than myself or my order. When he finally turned around, he saw my credit card in hand and informs me that they are just accepting cash at the moment. I didn’t have cash on me so I had to drive away. My pit stop was ALL FOR NOTHING!!! It doesn’t irk me that they were only accepting cash at the moment, things happen and perhaps their computer systems were down. What annoys me to no end is that he didn’t inform of that PRIOR TO ME ORDERING!!! He SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME when I told him I wasn’t sure the drive-​thru was open because the lights were off that they are taking orders but only accepting cash.
This ISN’T the first time this location has astounded me with their INCOMPETENCE!!! I recall going there as a «healthier choice» to other fast food restaurants to order something quick for my girls. I didn’t know Jack in the Box got rid of the grilled chicken tenders (shows how long it’s been since I’ve visited a Jack in the Box) so I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl along with some other things I didn’t care to eat (for hubby). When we got to the window they tell me they’re OUT OF THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI TOO! What is wrong with these people and their training of employees? Are they that lacking in common sense? If you don’t have an item available, you should explain that to the customer who’s ordering that item!

Now this place is quick and friendly and clean. The managers are very competent of there jobs. There always correct on there food order.

Don’t even know where to began. First as I ordered my food I could see that there was a lot of fries sitting there and I told the cashier please make me some fresh one’s. they did serve me the bad one’s first. Come –on people get it right. put your holding times for your products. don’t serve bad food. Second the tacos where old also and ask that they make me fresh one’s. What got me mad is an employee came too me and said they charge the oil everyday, yea right!!! You could see that any item that they put in the fryer it was smoking. That means your oil is old and you need to change it.

Average food, very good price, and decent service, nothing really stands out to give them more than an average rating.

i usually dont pick jack for fast food fixes, but it was 9.50 am and craving chicken, popeyes was closed so next best thing eat a crispy chicken sandwich from here. Besides the nappy-​lettuce they put (hate that leafy faded shit they put) sandwich was good, bun has improved. A franks hot sauce packet goes good with it… it was a crispy chicken bacon club. A side of 2 tacos, all for under $ 7. Just went down good, besides the usual stoned giggling deadbeat dumbshit fucktard teenagers ditching school and being overly-​loud.

In terms of Jack in the Box, this location is great. The service is always fast and friendly, food seems fresh and is always hot. 24 Hour location!

Been going through this drive thru for a bit and have had nothing but bad experiences here. This morning went through the drive thru and got the worse customer service ever. The guy on the mic could not repeat or understand any part of my order. It was if he was really screwing with us so after 5 minutes on explaining what ‘bacon’ means we decided to go to another one. I recommend doing the extra drive to DeSoto and Roscoe and you will get a wayyyy better experience. If you can not understand what people are saying and do not understand english to begin with you should not be taking orders at all.

I’m sorry I’m weak, and how I love these sugary cinnamony delicious deep fried treats. The feel of the sugar clinging to the batter for dear life, the cinnamon tempting you with its alluring smell. The inside filled with cream cheese? Not sure but its moist and delicious interior as well as crispy exterior. How I love thee and how I hate thee.
I will never be the same again.

I usually like this Jack, but I just had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was HORRIBLE. It had so much mayo and the chicken was dried and shriveled up. So far, Wendy’s still has the best spicy chicken sandwich out of all the fast food joints. I go through the drive through for this place and it’s pretty long during lunch time since Jack makes items on the spot instead of letting it sit there. However, I must say that if you need a cheap quick fix, get the 2 tacos for 99 cents. They are the best and so is the hot sauce! Jack also has the best buttermilk ranch ever! I put that stuff on everything. And don’t forget about the jalapeño poppers that are to die for. Another great thing is that they serve breakfast ALL DAY! I usually don’t like sweets, but this past weekend I tried the French toast sticks in blueberry and they are FABULOUS! It comes with 4 sticks and are enough to share! But they need to bring back their root beer floats — THEN I can give them another star!
