This store sucks don’t shop here! Everyone here is clueless!!! The mangers here are bad they don’t know anything especially the guy manger I wish I got his name! It seems like they make anyone mangers these days!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I shop at this mall a lot and I have never put a review on anything but this customer service was just so horrible that I had to write something. This goes for the manager who was helping me out he was just straight out RUDE! I was returning the new Jordan 11s that I had just bought for my little sister that didn’t fit her, I had paid cash and had the receipt with me and everything. I had originally bought them at kids footlocker downstairs but couldn’t return them there because the manager was not there so the lady had told me to go back when the manager was there which was inconvenient for me. So I decided to go to the footlocker and the so called manager told me ironically as soon as he saw the receipt this is from kids foot locker, I told him… Yes I know that. So I explained to him what was going on and told him it’s the same company you guys sold me the shoe can’t you guys return it too? I guess he felt offended and said«I PERSONALLYDIDN’T SELLYOUTHESHOES» Just really rude he was a manager so I would have expected a little more of him. It’s funny how people get the title of managers and they feel like they own the company yet they forget they sre associates as well and can easily get terminated for anything they do as well as anyone else who works there. I really hope he reads this review.

I asked a girl for chuck tailors 8.5 and she brought out an 8&9, because they were sold out in an 8.5. So two stars for her helping me out. However, I walked to the register to inform the employees that neither shoe fit well and that I left them on the bench. A guy with long dreadlocks rudely asked me to bring them to him. This is not my first encounter with his poor customer service. Majority of the staff need more customer service training.

I would’ve dropped some $$$ if someone even acknowledged me but since no one felt like working today I didn’t feel like buying ;) ended up spending my money next door. Ladies foot locker has better customer service than this place

How do you advertise«Buy one get one 50% off» yet do not honor the advertisement? Socks. One is $ 18 the other $ 16. After the supposed discount, one should be $ 18 and the other $ 8, right? Wrong. This foot locker seems to think that half of $ 16 is $ 9.99. When asked, one associate said«oh that’s just the suggested retail price.» Then another know-it-all associate said«that’s not part of the deal» referring to the $ 16 socks. Huh? There were no exclusions according to the signage. Know your sales and discount. Know how to answer. Know how to inventory. Know your math.

Worst customer service! Tired to get some kicks, and they wouldn’t price match unless it was Champs. So, I pulled up the website and showed them. Then they said it has to be in stock in the act store… WTF! How about you go F%#^ yourself!
