Fiesta Party Jumpers & Rentals

I would like to give their service a MINUS 1 STAR, but that isn’t an option — THIS IS THE WORST JUMPER RENTAL SERVICE EVER… Those who have been served on time, should consider themselves lucky. Here is MY experience. I ordered a standard jumper castle one month in advance for my childs bday party, and they confirmed my order over the phone for 1:00 on said date. However, at that time, and on that date, nothing. Then when I called to find out where the jumper was, and when it might be arriving, the owner spent more than 15 minutes arguing with me, saying that he did not have my order, and was not going to deliver. I finally just said «can you help me or not, because my kids party is now ruined!»…he then said he would only be able to send over a larger jumper (which cost $ 25 more dollars, of course), so I was stuck with this being the only option for my kids party now. Then the young men who delivered the jumper told my husband they would pick it up at 8:30am (then next day which was a Monday) but not only did they NOT SHOW UP at that time to pick it up, (and we are people with jobs, so we were stuck waiting, missing work over this B.S.)
so when my husband called to inquire and complain about this rather massive inconvenience, the owner proceeded to curse him out and threatened to kill him. My husband was so ticked he was ready to just throw the jumper out on the corner for them to get «at their convenience», but I talked him out of that. When the guys did finally show up at 11:16 a.m. (Yes, that equals a full missed day of work over a JUMPER) they acted as though everything was cool, and we were crazy to be so upset of this. One of them brought a girlfriend with them who thought she could tell me ‘what-​for’, until I promptly told her to get off of my property! This company has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced — TOTALLY UNRELIABLE — BEYOND RUDE — AND SELF SERVING!!!

These guys did an excellent job providing party equipment — jumper, tables, chairs, margarita machines, etc. They were professional, equipment was in great working order and overall provided a good service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! Came in a timely manner, delivered what I ordered for my party and we had a great time with there jumper and joust! So much fun! Definitely made my party a good time. They were professional, very nice and let me have the jumpers for a day early for no charge. I will definitely be a returning customer and refer them to all my friends! Thanks fiesta party jumpers!
