Long lines and ice cream was half-melted into soup as soon as they gave it to me. I placed it in the freezer when I got home(within less than 5 minutes) and it still didn’t taste right once it froze again. We’ve been coming to this location for years but the quality has gone down considerably.

I don’t know why people are always complaining about this cold stone! I have been coming here for years and i’ve never had a problem. The staff are always nice and they always do their best to prepare the ice cream as fast as possible. Definitely recommend if you’re near the northridge mall.

Do not waste your money. Spent $ 10 on ONE ice cream, especially since I bought a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. My boyfriend and I shared it, took one bite and it was disgusting. They have all their cones sitting on the counter behind the glass and it tastes as if they stupidly cleaned their glass with windex or something and the spray got all over the cones. I don’t know exactly what it is but it definitely tasted like chemicals. NOT good. Took one bite and threw it away. Unhealthy and definitely a waste of my money.

So slow!!! 3 workers behind counter. One group of 5 people and then 3 more people behind in line. And only one employee making the ice cream??? They need to improve their customer service ASAP. I love this ice cream but the wait was crazy

came here with a date, the service was super slow. There was a line so long it was unbelievable. But we got what we wanted, so thank you!

I love Cold Stone but this location was just not up to the standards of other Cold Stones I’ve been to. There was a line forming and only one person working. What’s worse is the line was forming without order. One couple tried cutting me off. Either that or they genuinely didn’t «see me.» They really need to add some stanchions here(portable posts to manage lines). It’s a tiny Cold Stone so it might not even fit inside there. After waiting about five minutes or so in line, I was told they don’t have black cherries here. Every Cold Stone I’ve been to has had black cherries. Except this one. Just terrible. Needless to say, I left empty handed. That was just very disappointing. If coming here, call ahead to see if they carry everything you want on your ice cream. Plenty of parking spots shared with all of the other stores nearby.

Coldstone is my favorite! Unfortunately this 1 sucked. How do have product too frozen to sell? If you’re low on something you should probably have another 1 ready to go.

I’m not sure if it was just this place or cold stone in general because I hardly go out for ice cream but what I received did not taste good and my boyfriend didn’t like his either. It has a weird taste to it. The waffle cup, the cookie, and the ice cream all tasted weird. We had a few bites and threw it out and it was almost $ 20. —_____—

CARMELCHURROCRAVE: I am here trying to enjoy this Carmel churro crave. The ice cream is good and so is the Carmel but the churro. The churros were hard and the plate was terribly messy. Stick with something they mix. This wasn’t worth the 7 or so bucks.

FRIENDLYSTAFF This location is small with no seating inside. There are some chairs outside but it could be shared between the jamba, starbux, and western bagel next door. Ice cream is fresh so no complaints here =D

I love Cold Stone. If I could have a Birthday Cake Remix ice cream everyday that would be heaven. This location is right next to Jamba Juice and Starbucks so if you change your mind last minute(I feel fat sometimes) than this location is perfect for you! On a serious note, their ice cream is always good. I just wish they didn’t write those corny phrases on their tip jars. It makes me not want to tip… especially when they stare at the credit card receipt that has the tip option.

My wife and I are chocolate ice cream lovers and we love cold stones! The staff is nice and respectful. This past month we have been coming on the weekend to satisfy our chocolate craving but every time we have gone, there has been no chocolate ice cream available. Coincidence? I think not. We even stopped by on 7÷8÷15 during the middle of the week to give them another shot, but again«sorry, we don’t have it today, it should be here tomorrow…» Please have this flavor available. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones that ask for it.

I wanted to show my boyfriend a Cold Stone Creamary because years ago when I was a child it was really good. Unfortunately it seems they haven’t maintained their goodness… My boyfriend got a cheescake flavor ice cream with a large waffle cone(which is actually what we did not want, we wanted a tiny cone but the girl gave us those instead). I got cookies and cream. I added no toppings but my boyfriend added gummy bears to his ice cream. The waffle cone is just ridiculously large, it’s way too big and my ice cream was good but way to creamy, and gave me a stomach ache. My boyfriend’s ice cream was good he said, but the gummy bears were awful. They were stale! So stale I could barely chew them, I felt horrible about bringing my boyfriend here. I’m sorry Cold Stone, but we are not coming back here =/

I liked their ice cream. The good thing about this place is that they use actual COLDSTONES to keep your ice cream from melting while mixing. Also you can choose your own toppings. I like to get the second largest home size at this place, a little negative is that they charge a bit over 10 $ for it. I’ve seen cheaper prices elsewhere… Yet you can choose 4 different toppings. I really like the banana and strawberry.

This ice cream is the BEST! you can’t ever go wrong for ice cream here. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but it’s so delicious that it doesn’t even matter! The location is perfect, vibe is great!

It’s been a while since I’ve had Coldstone. First time at this location though. It’s sandwiched between Starbucks and Jamba Juice. Coldstone is just as yummy as I remember. Got the strawberry blonde. I got the«love it» size(medium) and it was $ 6.29. o. O Not sure if I was charged correctly — I was thinking about this afterward… I figure it’s kinda like tip. I’m really bad about speaking up about that stuff tho. Shoulda coulda woulda. Money money monaaay! Tip: for creations with whipped cream(like the strawberry blonde), you can opt to have the whipped cream on top or mixed in. Personally I like it mixed in — it doesn’t look as nice but it makes the ice cream more gooey and soft.

Horrible service. The chubby worker knew I was next in line and goes straight for the 2 girls behind me and asks them what they want first. The thirst is real lol

The place looks ok. There were a couple flies flying around but otherwise its kept relatively clean. Really nice guy working there but I just don’t get how their ice cream manages to be so overbearing. I LOVE chocolate and peanut butter as a rule but 3 reeses cups, a huge dollop of peanut butter and intense chocolate ice cream and it was just TOOMUCH. I couldn’t finish it, and I remembered that I didn’t finish my ice cream the last time I was there 4 years prior. I wont forget this time :/Sorry… too rich for my blood

After the LA Clippers were on their winning streak, we decided to hit up this Cold Stone Creamery for a celebratory ice cream run. The employees were friendly and willing to let us sample any of the flavors. After many choices, we decided on the salted caramel frozen yogurt which was low in fat. It was kind of silly to eat it when they specialize on rich, decadent ice cream but I was still satisfied with my choice. They are known for mixing the ice cream with toppings on top of a frozen«cold stone» which is optional. We decided not to add anything to it and got our ice cream and split. It is located near the Northridge Shopping Mall(closer to the Western Bagel) and the hours were extended for those ice cream lovers. Would I come back? Heck yeah with or without the Clippers winning!
