I ordered a veggie bowl and i dont know what happened but they literally filled half of a bowl. So upset because I ordered online and didnt find out about this rip off until I got home… Don’t know how to add a photo– but its happened more than once, this time it was so noticeable. Will not return.

Every time I come here the staff is always friendly and get my order correctly. I ordered online for the first time and had a little bit of fun with the option of leaving a name for each order. I decided to put my order under my name Shirley and my husbands order under«My Big Booty Husband». When we went to pick up our order we got this«Mr. Big Booty» and«Mrs. Booty». Again great service with a sense of humor

My husband and I have always loved eating here without any complaints, buuuut unfortunately tonights usual has left me disappointed. We walked in and the place was empty, great I thought! I always order a burrito with brown rice, black beans and barbacoa with toppings. My hubby, a bowl with brown rice, black beans and chicken and toppings. Well, the brown rice was the most bland grain I have ever tasted! It had no salt, lime amd hardly any cilantro. The barbacoa was full chunks of fatty, rubbery meat. With disgust I had to pick it out. The chicken was just as bad. My hubby said he had bone in his bowl! I think it’s going to be awhile till we come back, if at all.

This Chipotle can become crowded it’s next to CSUN and a lot of people come here to go eat. It’s best to place the order through the app. Parking here is practically non-existent and it’s always crowded. No CSUN discount =/

I decided to give chipotle a second chance after their whole E. Coli outbreak, but I was very disappointed in the service I received when I ordered a burrito and paid nearly 12 dollars for things that were added extra without my knowledge, not going back again that’s for sure.

I recently ate here and got sick and when I called back, management blew me off. The service here is terrible because it’s all kids that work here. Worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Wouldn’t recommend.

This chipotle compare to others ones deserves a 5 star. Parking can be a bit hectic depending on the day. There is almost always a line for this place because it’s across the street from college. But they are fast and friendly with their service. They are never stingy with their food. This place is always clean. They are always stock on everything.

Avoid this branch! I have had Chipotle before, and – from Woodland Hills to San Diego – I have always been amazed at the superior service combined with outrageously good food, however, this store was different. This franchise seriously made me angry and regretful that I ever stepped foot within a Chipotle Mexican Grill! And yes, I probably should have left a review before now because most Chipotles are amazing, but I was lax and lazy, and simply assumed all Chipotles’ were above average concerning their food and service. Boy was I wrong! The Northridge store is terrible! Truly, it is not only sadly lacking the great service that other Chipotle stores have, the food is sub-standard in quality as well as appearance. I have to say, if this store had been my first Chipotle experience, I would have never returned – ever!!!

Years ago I wasn’t a fan of Chipotle… until now! Tonight was my second time trying it and I loved it! My customize burrito was fresh and juicy. Just the way i like it. Not only that, but the service was amazing! Sharmaine, Javier, Erick, Frank, and Ivan were attentive throughout my experience. Also, let’s not forget about their amazing personalities. They definitely made my night after a long day at work. God bless!

Best Mexican chain in the country! And this must be one of their busiest locations… if you don’t order ahead and are coming around dinner time, hope you have angry birds on your phone cuz you’ll wait quite awhile to get thru the line… makes sense cuz it’s right by CSUN. these are the hardest working chipotle employees I’ve ever seen!

I don’t know why the negative reviews were written but asa recent convert to the Chipotle craze and but this one stands out! From the moment you walk into this Spotlessly clean restaurant to the fragrant aromas of the fresh ingredients this one is a great place to be and get your Chipotle fix. Michelle helped me today and she is awesome! She enthusiastically explained all the ingredients while we waited for my barbacoa to get made(I happened to be the first customer) she offered a couple of samples, both delicious but the carnitas was especially tasty. This is my fave neighborhood Chipotle! m

AVOIDTHISBRANCHATALLCOSTS! First and foremost this branch is absolutely the stingiest branch I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a few times and every single time they barely put meat and it’s so hard for them to put extra corn or any request… I always order double meat, and their double serving looks like a single serving in any other chipotle… I once asked about if the serving I got was double and the worker pulled out a white container«where they put side orders of Guacamole in» and said that this container was one serving of meat… Second the workers offer poor customer service, and are quite rude to say the least. When I ask for extra meat or guacamole the people who have served me rudely blurt out«that’s extra, hope you know» YES I KNOWITSEXTRAAND I CANAFFORDIT. Then I ask for a couple of water cups, the person helping me slams one cup on my tray, I very nicely ask him for another one since there are two of us, he slams another cup on my tray. As a customer of chipotle it saddens me to receive such poor and rude service. Is the staff even being trained properly?

Place isn’t half bad. They gave me very little rice and meat as well. Had to order double steak because the portions were small. They also didn’t have any lemon wedges, which kinda upset me

The original Chipotle in the valley. I’ve been coming here since my undergrad days in 2006. Maybe because they were newly open they were actually good, but since then, the quantity and quality have gone down. The rice is hard and always stuck together, the beans are too salty, and the chicken pieces have gotten smaller. It would be fine if they cut them super small to fit more meat, but it’s not. OH well. They used to have the best guacamole, but now it’s super bland. It’s best to have them with chips, because there’s a LOT of salt on the chips, it will go well with the bland guacamole!

This is the best chipotle ine the valley, its the og one. Everyone has their spot that they love, like going to the better in n out and stuff. Well, this is the chipotle you wanna go to. Best service. Always quick, always fresh, always stocked up with all the ingredients. Best chipotle in the valley. And they give you generous portions of meat as well.

I’m writing this because although I looked I can not contact this chipotle directly. Me and my boyfriend just visited about an hour before close, They were out of: 1: chicken 2: GUACAMOLE(the whole reason to come to chipotle, they had a half of enough for a cup full and that was it, bummer.) 3: carnitas, and almost out of pico so the bottom that was left was eh. So whatever, we say forget it, It’s not a big deal right? As we’re sitting here trying our hardest to eat this because it is SO ridiculously spicy that there is no way this is the normal chipotle recipe for anything, our noses are running, my face feels bright red and hot and our mouths are burning. In the middle of this uncomfortably spicy meal my boyfriend tries to force down a couple more bite and this is what he has to pull out of his mouth from his burrito bowl. Honestly chipotle, I can’t even believe this, I want to vomit and this wasn’t even in my food. Shame shame shame. I honestly don’t think I can ever stomach chipotle from any location ever again. My stomach is turning, you could only imagine how he feels after having to pull this out of his mouth from YOUR food. *****PLEASE look at the photo I’ve posted in the pictures section, it will not allow me to attach it on my review.(Warning this is pretty gross)****

This location is walking distance from CSUN which is extremely convenient. I avoid Chipotle during lunch hours because the line and seating is horrendous. During their down-times? You’ll see me there The workers don’t always look so giddy but they get the job done. Their beverage/utensils station is usually a mess. Since I usually grab their lemons there, I’m always hesitant to use it because i question its cleanliness. Instead, I ask the server for a shot of lemon juice which is clutch to my burrito/bowl This Chipotle locations doesn’t stand out from the rest but it gets the job done

I’ve been to a few different locations, this 1 the parking is real bad. Forgetaboutit. Its in the heart of CSUN and yes real busy. The issue I have is they try to move you threw the line real fast, like a herd of cows. There’s no reason to try to put your guests though the line real fast. Focus on Service, rather than speed. There’s no hurry. Your line products and your employees aren’t going any where. As for the interior was clean and well maintained.
