We are from out of town so decided to check this place out since it was near where we were staying. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. They give you corn bread and biscuits while waiting for your food. The food came out pretty quick and was very tasteful.

I really hope that the next time I visit, I will be adding a star, because all the potential was there. My husband and I arrived for dinner and were greeted promptly and shown to our seat. The waitress was friendly and attentive though seemed to be in a little rush.
The menu is a simple meat and 3 kind of deal, so I wasn’t expecting gourmet cooking, but I had expected hot food. We didn’t get that though. The food was good, but cold. The cream corn, lima beans, and blt were all cold and looked as if they had been scooped out of the bottom of a can. My husbands hamburger steak was cold as well.
The desserts were really good, but my husbands cobbler was, you guessed it, cold.
Honestly i almost asked them to put our plates in the microwave.
If the food had just been hot it would have been a lace I would recommend. I’ll try again some time in the future to see if it was just an off night.

My husband & I frequently order take-​out from here. I always order the daily specials & the food is always delicious! No matter what I order, it’s always tasty. The staff seems friendly & the prices are very reasonable. My favorite dish is the salmon croquettes (which is served on Fridays). They have the *best* mac & cheese.
