I’ve been coming here for 4 years. Wether it’s a weekend fix up project, cleaning supplies, or major repairs, these guys and gals have always come through for me. I’ve purchased parts for 7 different cars at this location and their know how has always gotten the right parts with the right advise to go along with it. Last year the computer gave the wrong part for a radiator for a tacoma… I took it back and the team over there measured the original and got the right radiator figured out in about 15 minutes. They definitely have gone the extra mile on quite a few occasions.
Wether it’s a toyota, lexus, or mercedes, there always seems to be someone there that knows enough to get the job done.

Ugh… I dealt with two different workers both times I stepped in to the place. They ordered the wrong part when I needed a specific piece for my car. When I arrived to pick it up the part in a hurry, it took the worker awhile to not find it when the manager in charge walked over and asked me what I needed. She walked to the back came back and had it even though it was the wrong piece that was ordered. I don’t even want to return it due to having to return to the store. I’ll go to a different location

Every time I go here they screw something up. They’re supposed to let you use a scan tool if you give them an ID. Some jerk working there refused to let me use one. On another trip, they overcharged me for one of their oil change packages and made me buy an oil filter I didn’t need for less money. Shady!
