Overall: 4 stars. Decent Chipotle location with good customer service. Prices: 4 stars. For $ 5-$ 6, you get more food than pretty much any other fast restaurant. Service: 4 stars. The staff seems to want to genuinely help. I have not had any bad experiences here. Food: 3 stars. The selection is small, but I like all the food choices. Appearance: 4 stars. Has a large seating area.

One of the worse chipotles ever. The staff is always unpleasant. The women don’t have their hair put up or a hair net and it’s disgusting. I was there yesterday around 220ish and the girl making my bowl had a horrible attitude and was such a smart alec that when I asked for a little hot sauce she literally put a dot. Seriously, a dot. I’d much rather drive to the Twinsburg location and avoid the Macedonia staff.

If I could give a ‘no star’ review, I would. This is the most despicable, dirty, under-managed location I’ve been to. Do they even have a manager? Seriously? How do these people have jobs in food service. One time my son and I went in and as we’re waiting in line, we see the guy cooking the chicken has a tissue stuffed up his nose. The counters are always a mess. The people working the counter line are just as lazy and dumb as can be. When removing food bins, they’re dripping dirty water all over the rest of the food. They’re rude, mumble, roll their eyes, smack their lips at you if you request double chicken(because if you don’t, you get hardly any). The bathrooms are filthy. That’s one thing to always check out in a restaurant, if the bathrooms aren’t clean, then the kitchen isn’t clean. The workers(and I use this term loosely) are busy joking and yelling instead of working. There were two deliberately yelling random things and making stupid noises just to startle customers. Their excuse was, «We’re just trying to make work fun!» Grow up kids, this is a place of business, not high school. We haven’t been and won’t be back. I’ve emailed the manager and have yet to receive a response.

I saw the person who was putting cheese on the orders use her gloved hand to open the refrigerator with the drinks. The same door the cashier had been opening with his unwashed/money taking hands. The cheese was now full of germs… Why??? I’m sure chipotle has a protocol for this — i.e. Don’t don’t anything except food with your gloves hands!!! Her apron was also filthy and she kept wiping her hands on it. It’s not worth getting sick over eating here and I left.

This particular Chipotle offers up very small portions. It’s embarrassing to ask for a little bit more beans or rice. Last time I was there, I went to fill my cup with Pepsi and nothing was coming out. I went back to the cashier and mentioned this to her. Her response was«Oh yeah, we’re having an issue with that». OK, so why don’t you mention to this to customers when they buy a soda?

Pretty much every Chipotle in the Cleveland area is deserving of one star, but this one is slightly above the rest when it comes to taste and that’s the most important thing to me. Poor service at a fast food joint is temporary, but I’m the one who has to go home and eat the food! The food here is less bland and I can count on it being seasoned, rice cooked well. I’ve never had them forget any ingredients and this one happens to be the least crowded of every Chipotle I’ve been to on the east side. This is my go to chipotle since it’s equidistant to me from the Solon one.

Chipotle is the most over hyped crap I have ever eaten. First of all it is terrible for you, most people have no idea how many calories they are actually consuming. This location when I visited had the filthiest dining room. Would it kill you to get one of your peeps to sweep the floor and clean off tables? Do I really have to sit in a chair covered in guacamole knee deep in broken corn chips? The food is meh. There is nothing special about it. Stop about 200 feet before Chipotle and get yourself Chik-fil-a to eat.

Came here 8 months ago and it was a horrible experience. Day shift on a Saturday before the lunch rush was a lot better! From out of town so don’t know if there has been a management charge or not but they are improving … Keep it up especially during busy times!

The food quality was on par which is consistent with every chipotle I visit, yet the staff was idle and not manning the line. On top of that a member of the staff was eating out of the chips with her bare hands, yuck! Definitely not returning.

I love chipotle… usually. This particular one was terribad. Half the employees where great the other half looked like they where in physical pain with every move, desperately slopping ingredients around and making such an incredible mess out of our orders that the cashier was wincing watching. the rest of the place just seemed terribly unprepared… women’s room out of soap men’s room out of paper towels… no iced tea no lemons… This place needs a massive overhaul.

Are the mangers/owners not reading all these reviews??? I could not agree more with everyone else… the service is HORRIBLE. I guess I’m a hypocrite though… I always think to myself that everyone should stop going to this location and maybe they would fix the issues, yet I still go there at least once a week… only because my daughter loves the food. Standing in line FOREVER watching the workers is the most frustrating. Slow and rude is a bad combination. And every single time we visit they are out of something and always out of hard taco shells. How are you out of taco shells at 6:30pm??? Happy a location opened in Broadview Heights and hoping that takes some guest away so they clean up their act.

Gone to hell… best way to describe my recent experiences here. Loved this place. Came here all the time with excitement and gusto. Now you won’t catch me here if it was the last Chipotle in a hundred mile radius. I hope management see all these recent reviews and cleans house! The terrible service here has to be hurting the books. I won’t support this establishment any more and I hope the locals will join me. I go to twinsburg, I know its not an option for everyone. But if you can give it a try, much better experience, great food. If you’re traveling through the area and you’re coming off 80, its the next exit over. If your coming off of 271, get something else. Chick-fil-A or Panera in the same complex are good food spots.

Service is not awful but the overall experience isn’t what it used to be. They mess up a lot of orders, they always seem to be out of food, and they’re always standing around. The wait is ridiculous which I’m not sure if I would blame on the team but it’s not really making the situation any better. I’m a former chipotle employee of that location and its just gone downhill. Oh how I miss the chipotle I grew up going to!

I’ve been here so much in the past and it has steadily gone downhill. The chickens always burnt and it took 18min after my online order was supposed to be ready. Not only that but it was extremely sloppy. In one spot of the burrito was a sour cream bomb. And the rest of the burrito had no sour cream. I’ll be avoiding this chipotle. Every other chipotle I have been too is great but this one has been nothing but problems. Like the cashier saying«I’m so angry I could scream» not directly to me but still made for an uncomfortable situation. There’s to many other places in the area with top notch customer service any way better food.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and have had it in multiple locations and I can say this is the worst location I’ve yet been to. The food is fine, the service is horrendous. There is always a line and it is slow beyond belief. The location seems to have two or three people waiting to pickup online orders, which only slows the lines down. I have never consistently seen so many online orders, but that’s my suggestion for what you should do. The line is so slow I bet you could order from your phone and that order would be complete before you’re though the line(Edit: confirmed). Two stars for poor service, but I have yet to have a truly bad meal as it’s the consistent experience you’d expect from Chipotle.

I LOVE Chipotle, a lot. So it’s been sad for me to watch the closest location to me go to hell. In the last few months, the cleanliness has fallen to a point that borderline grosses me out. The staff went from friendly and quick to rude and slow. Today the girl behind the counter was very bothered when I asked her to make a new veggie bowl for me after she dropped chicken in the first one while working on another order. Crazy me, not wanting meat in my veggie bowl. I still love Chipotle, but will have to drive to another location going forward. Bummer.

Standard Mexican fare. Nothing special except that it’s pet friendly! We brought our Bernese Mountain Dog and ate on the patio. Pets not allowed inside. One person can go in to order and get the food, then eat outside. About six tables available on the patio.

Based on the fact I have been to many, many, many Chipotles over my time, I feel I can rate this place with some authority. 1 — The line. The line moved fast when it started, but that only led to a burrito-jam waiting for salsas and sour creams. The poor guy at that side of the line had to finish each burrito and ring everyone up. They should have had another cashier! But wait, they did… She was just standing around like some other employees. In fact there was about 2 – 3 others just standing around doing nothing. What could they have been doing… Hmm, how about cleaning tables in the dining room so I would have had a clean place to sit. How about cleaning off a tray so I could have carried all my food. Nope… Just standing around. I feel bad for the to employees that were actually working and helping us. The others just stood around. Sad
