The people were responsive, did excellent work and were a pleasure to work with. They took down my old chimney and built me a new one. Price was fair and they came right out when I told them I was having a pretty bad problem. Other companies were not as helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs masonry work and intend to use them again on other property.

I would HIGHLY recommend General Masonry Construction. Our 17-​yr old ran into a neighbor’s brick mailbox. Received several quotes — General Masonry was the most reasonable and completed the job very quickly! Highly recommend!!!

Used GMC for the first time to clean and tuckpoint a large interior brick wall. Tony, who cleaned and tuckpointed, took pride in his work and did a great job. The wall is clean and looks nice and fresh. Ownership is strong and got back to me quickly when I had questions and needed some adjustments. happy with the outcome.

We have used General Masonry on 4 different ocassions — all to great results. The first and biggest project was laying a new brick path with intricate cuts in our backyard. The work was extremely delicate with detailed and curved cuts. We were thrilled with the results — and the project architect said he had not seen the quality of the work that Chris and his team achieved. Since then Chris has laid tile in the house, laid new blue stone patio and did tuck pointing on our garage. Great work, reliable and great with making suggestions on how we could improve what we originally asked. Highly recommended!
