Called to have warranty service on Precor treadmill(great machine). First diagnostic visit took 10 days. Next visit to install warranty parts scheduled for 3 weeks later after repeated calls. Finally set a date and time. They didn’t show up and didn’t bother to call. Finally came a week later and fixed. Service is fine once they show up but scheduling, communication, and follow up not good. Machine was down 6 weeks. A bunch of parts replaced and they refused to take replaced parts, leaving me with the headache of having to dispose of a large and heavy platform, an electronic controller, the belt and all boxes the stuff came in. Very inconvenient and costly in my area.
