I visited Natural Vitality Studio today for the first time. And I’m so glad I did!
Lenore Anderson has the best hands in Western MA! My neck and shoulders have always been annoyingly bothersome… I’m on the computer day in/​day out. She worked out alot of built up stuff.
When I left, I was a bit concerned about driving… I felt very sluggish. But by the time I got home, I was so energized and enthusiastic about everything. I didn’t realize how much «weight» I was carrying on my shoulders until Lenore worked it out!
I’m so glad I made another appointment! Thank you Lenore!

I don’t know what the woman, Lenore Anderson, who runs this business is like as a massage therapist. As a person of integrity she lacks greatly. I had a Groupon which has not expired. She, however, did not have any openings between now and the expiration date.. She refused to make an appointment for me. On contacting Groupon I was told I had until the expiration date to make an appt., and she should have made me an appt. Groupon refunded my money, but I will certainly NEVER go to or recommend Lenore Anderson. She was downright rude on the phone. To me that reflects greatly on the character of a person, and I don’t want someone like that touching me in any way.
