They have beautiful but expensive clothing and you can always find great outfits.
I cannot recommend this store because of their customer service. if you a person of color beware! They will follow you around and harass you. There is an African-​American woman who is assigned to all people of color and she is the worst. I was honestly surprised at the level of racism in the store.
It’s terrible and they should be ashamed.

I go here for the best presents for my wife!
This is one of the finest women’s clothing stores in the western Mass area. When I need something special for my wife I go here. I know the staff are trained well and very understanding and patient.
Cathy has been there every time I have gone. She must work a lot. She always has biggest smile and is very easy to talk to.
They are all about fashion and quality. I have to stress the quality part. My wife has things from Cathy“s store that are years old but still look like new and up to date.
I think that’s the main reason I don’t mind paying a little more for what is there
If you want quality and style this is the place to go.
P. S. The last great thing about Cathy Cross is it so close to «J Rich «for men’s clothes.
