Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

I had a really bad experience there. I bought my phone from this place, and they were telling me to come back if i needed help. Six months later, I had two questions and went back. The guy I talked to did not listen to my questions. His only goal was to sell me something. So now I know why they wanted me to come back: to pick my pocket! I went a few days later to the store inside B.J.‘s near Ocean State Job Lot on the other side of town. They were really, really friendly and helpful. It turned out my problems were just some settings that went wrong, and they figured it out right away. They didn’t try to sell me anything, but you can be sure I’m going back there and not to the Wireless Zone ever again.
