I would love to take on this store as a challenge. Nothing is ever fixed or put away properly. It literally looked like someone filmed a battle scene in this store every morning I walk through it. It needs to be maintained its a department store. I just walked through it and it looked like a war zone. How is anyone supposed to shop a $ 79 dollar sweater that has been balled up and thrown in the back of a top shelf? They won’t. You cannot expect to sell high end product with it looking like a thrift store.

Typical Macy’s in terms of what they carry. I stopped in here real quick to pick up a birthday gift for my wife. I headed over to the perfume area, and the lady was very helpful in helping me locate what I was after and even gift wrapped the item for me. Store was clean and store displays were relatively neat and orderly.
