Located in the Montgomery Mall opposite of the Food Court, FYE offers a wide variety of CDs and movies at reasonable prices. There is a used selection of each, where you can find your favorites for even cheaper.
You can also find earphones, speakers, and other accessories at FYE. Themed shirts, hats, and blankets have become popular at this location, as well. You can even buy a cardboard cut-​out of your favorite hero or heroine.
The associates who work here are accommodating and personable. They always provide an enjoyable shopping experience for their customers.
You can also sell your unwanted CDs and movies to FYE, but it must be done online.

The same woman helped me both times I was here and she was awesome. She was polite and personable.
We ended up talking about various comedians (I was purchasing Aloha Fluffy) and various other things.
I wish I could remember her name! Even when I returned it (unopened) a few days later (I ended up using an ITunes credit and scored it for 50% less), the transaction was handled quick and efficiently.
