Ace Cleaners

I tried a number of cleaners in the area, but settled on these guys and have been using these guys for five or six years now. Have never had an issue, and I drop things off every other week. Their alterations are good, and I think their prices are really good too.

Been going here for about a month now and really have no complaints. Very reasonable rates, considering Joy Cleaners close by is nearly double the cost. Overall very satisfied.

Came in to pick up some shirts one day and they had misplaced a shirt of the gentleman in front of me. Yikes!
The next time I came to pick up, after I walked out the door I noticed that I was leaving with a shirt that wasn’t mine. I went back in and gave it to them and then realized that one of my shirts was missing. The lady working looked around and it was hanging on the rack by itself, not wrapped up.
You think I would learn but nope… onto the third unfortunate incident. I went to pick up some shirts and one was missing. The lady looked around and couldn’t find it. I was sent away without needing to pay and a note that they owed me my shirt. She wrote down a description and sent me on my way without my needing to pay.
Fast forward to two weeks before we moved out of state and I walked by and saw my missing shirt in the window. I went home to get my note that she wrote about owning me my shirt and took it in. I left with my shirt… and also had to pay of the order that she previously didn’t charge me for.
They get a lot of business based on their location but learn from my mistake and seek services elsewhere. I believe they also have a sign saying all cleaning is done on premises, but on early morning walks to the train station, I have seen them unloading hanging clothes from the back of a van.
