I switched to Westshore because my brother in law always raved about Dr. Wagner. He was definitely right about Dr. Wagner, who takes a lot of time with each patient, does thorough exams, and really, really listens. He’s exactly what a primary care provider should be. Five stars all the way. Of course, because he takes so much time with each patient, and never rushes, it’s rare that appointments start or finish on time. I don’t mind that, but I’m docking a star for the general administrative side. The phone system is really annoying and doesn’t work as easily as it should. That’s a minor point though, really, when you’re getting a thoughtful and compassionate doctor.
