I had such high hopes when I called t set a new patient appt to see Dr. Robb I wanted to set up a consult for a second opinion. I did not even flinch when they told me it would be 330 but I did flinch when they asked for a credit card to keep on file to hold the apt all she could say it would not be charged unless I failed to give 24 hours notice, not a word about this being PCI compliant while this is not illegal its says a lot about this practice I don’t know anyone in the office and they want my CC and I guess new patients don’t have a problem with this so I won’t be seeing her

If you”re looking for a dentist that will take their time in explaining your options and making sure all or needs are meet and exceeded then look no further. From Autumn at the front desk to Dr. Mary Robb it has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I had a root canal done and the worst pain I had was getting numb including afterwards I truly had no pain. You can’t ask for any better.
