Crusader Roofing and Construction

Do not use crusader roofing. Shaun Burns is the biggest liar out there. We first used him for a roofing job and some of the vents he promised to install was never installed. He also never provided us with any paperwork when job was completed. He kept on giving us excuses that his wife has already mailed the paperwork. Truth is she never did. We also asked him that we are in the process of getting our foundation fix, should we hold off on the roof being repaired because foundation may cause shift in new roof. He told us it won’t effect the roof and he guranteed all his work and we can trust him because he’s a man of great Christian values. Well roof buckled and we had to hire another contractor to fix it. We also hired him before fixing our foundation to replace our fence. He asked for 50% deposit up front and lucky i put it on a credit card. He first qouted me a price of $ 2400 and then after he removed all of my fence he decided to charge me an extra $ 1200 because the material he promised me cost more money. That was the last straw. I decided to go with another fence builder that ended up being a little cheaper for exactly the same material that was originally promised by Shaun. It took me a month to get my deposit back from my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN will i use Crusader Roofing or Shaun Burns. I hope others will see this review and stay clear. There are better and more honest contractors out there.

Crusader Roofing was hired in April 2015 to construct a fence. Within a month I was having problems my latches are broken, the gate is dropping, the tops are lifting and the fence wobbles in many places! Shaun has told me many times he will be out to fix my fence but has yet to show up! I WILL HIRE A PROFESSIONAL TO FIX CRUSADER’S WORK!!!
