Looking at the other reviews, you may wonder, «Is this girl crazy?» No. I just have a love for all things amazing. I never even knew this place existed. I went here for a friend’s birthday because she was searching for karaōke. She called and asked if they had a karaōke night. They said, «Yes.» She said, «What time?» They said, «When do you want it to start?» Amazing. Walking in, we realized the ONLY people in the whole place were part of my friend’s party. A few people started rolling in a while later, but it was like we had the whole place rented out. Amazing. We had chicken wings — not so amazing. The drinks were fine, and there was a $ 4 menu! I am a sucker for drink specials, and yes, I will drink $ 4 vodka and cranberry’s all night long, thank-you-very-much. The bartender was also the cook, the waiter, the busboy, and the karaōke DJ. And he did a damn good job. We all had an awesome time, and I would definitely go back. Like Ken said, you’re not going to get a sidecar or olives with your martini, but you will have a GREAT time if you take this place with a grain of salt and see it for the gem that it is.

I was heading home from a party and thought it was time to try another neighborhood haunt to find the perfect local martini. I’ve driven by this place so many times and thought to give it a try. Oooh, that was a bad idea. Bad martini(too much vermouth and no olives). Didn’t ask if I wanted olives or a twist, but did ask if I wanted flavored vodka. Really? The glass was only a third full – no sidecar – and all you could taste was the vermouth. No, I did not feel like another drink, so asked to cash out only to find out that the bar only takes cash, so I had to use the ATM that charges you an outrageous amount. Stay away from this awful dive!

I was driving around with my boyfriend, trying to find a place for our first date(don’t ask, long story), didn’t want to go to far from my house so we ended up here. It was a Friday, but there were only about 6 people inside, including the young girl who was running the karaōke. They had a pool table, dart boards, a table for beirut set up, and a snack menu set up on the bar. Girls room was sanitary, but the light in the men’s didn’t work, which was an odd experience for the boy. Asking men who’ve been drinkiing to aim at something in the dark is just asking for trouble. Drinks were decently priced, and decently strong. The karaōke book had a good mix to choose from, tho the talent was lacking that evening. Overall, definitely a worthwhile dive bar to go to when your in need of your fix!
