Horrible service, the food is not worth what they charge. Overpriced previously frozen burgers are so gross… seasoning will not help no matter what. Frozen chicken tenders should not cost $ 13. Save yourself the aggravation and skip this place.

Staying at the resort then stop and have a drink. Otherwise food is average; not anything special. The staff is very nice. Mixed drinks are used with artificial flavors so dont expect the best. Its a great view to sit outside on the deck to over look the pier.

The Boardwalk Beach Café is a hidden gem. It sits right on a pretty part of the North Myrtle beach with a long dock that you can walk on top of the water. You have to pay two dollars to get on that dock though. The place wasn’t hard to find since we just looked for the right place on Unilocal close by. It already had good reviews. I could see why. The service was super nice and the food was good too. We ordered the calamari for starter, some beer and margarita. The calamari was almost like a high-end fancy restaurant level good. And the flounder sandwich I ordered was on point. It wasn’t too crispy or melty. My wife’s chicken sandwich was good too. Now, here’s the best part. This place has an indoor side and an outdoor patio with a great view. I mean it’s a view I’d pay for. But I got it for free because I ate there! So yeah, I’d go again. In fact, we did think about it. But we decided to beach hop and went to other beaches the next couple of days. If we had stayed we would have definitely went back.

After a long day of traveling we ate dinner here since we were staying at Prince Resorts and done driving for the day. Basically it is what it is. The service was very good. The food was just okay. We started with calamari which was just basic calamari. My 15 yr old eat-everything– in-sight son ordered the fish tacos which I would highly not recommend. They were fried unflavored nuggets of fish. Basically $ 12.00 down the drain. He nor I could eat them. I ordered the shrimp po boy which was very basic but ok. We we there 6 days ago and my husband cannot recall for the life of him what he had… so there you have it. Not terrible but not great either & very unforgettable.

Food was average! I got the fish tacos with a beer and the tacos were average! It was nothing than deep fried chunks of fish served on a Very Large heap of slaw! It was pretty bland with no real flavor! The restaurant was very clean and right on the pier outside of our hotel, which is why the restaurant was so easy to visit and get lunch! I wouldn’t necessarily discourage people from visiting this restaurant because the good was prepared properly and served promptly, I just didn’t feel that the food was very good, personally! Please do visit this restaurant and give your own opinion!

After spending hours on the beach. My boyfriend and I stopped in for some drinks. He ordered a non-alcoholic mango drink and I got the aloha dream. I think he found his drink to be infused with artificial ingredients and he liked mine more. The Aloha Dream is sort of milkshake-ish but very good and the alcohol is apparent on an empty stomach.

Not terrible. This place benefits from a perfect location right at the beginning of Cherry Grove Pier. On a nice warm night, sit along the fence facing the water. Beautiful view! As for the eats… the boyfriend wanted the Philly steak and cheese, which they were apparently out of, so he got the nachos instead. I ordered the buffalo wings. The food was good(I really liked the buffalo wings but the blue cheese salad dressing was still in the packet, which I always find a little offputting), and the boyfriend loved his drink. Mine was less delicious, but I drank it anyway. Staff was friendly, and service was pretty quick. Everything was reasonably priced, but the meal was just average.

Great food, frozen drinks and staff! Love the Jamaican Me Shake frozen drink and get it every year. We had a great bartender this time who was very friendly and personable. We always order peel and eat shrimp, hush puppies, and calamari(it’s tradition — and never disappoints!) it’s our first stop before we head to fish on the pier!

Where shall I begin??? I know, how about the fact we couldn’t find the place do to the poor signage. Even when we found the building it looked like it was Blue Bell ice cream shop. We decided to eat outside because it was a beautiful night and the inside really cold. Once outside we dodged huge waterbugs. It was dark so we are going to say they were waterbugs. So after waiting just about an hour for our food(which were all sandwiches and one kids shrimp basket), we decided to move to the inside. So we thought that the worst part was over. You can expect a little insect inconvenience while dining outside and especially on the beach but keep them outside! The night ended with one of the«waterbugs» running across the foot of one of our party members and the waitress did apologized for the«waterbug» but when the statement that this makes me wonder if the bugs are in the kitchen, her response was«well the the doors are open so…» WHAT?!? So ENTERATYOUROWN! RISK!

Food was fair. A water bug(cockroach) ran over my foot inside the restaurant! The waitress said«they come in from outside». The wait staff unresponsive at best. Loonnggg wait for the fair food. The specialty drink, Carmel Apple was awful & tasteless. Friends had a shrimp poor boy with little shrimp & lots of bread. Never going back. Stay away. Call Heath the department.

We decided to eat outside because it was so cold. The waitress came quick but so did the big black bugs. We did get our drinks quick but the sweet ice tea was watery and tart. The food took a while to come out, but again the bugs we very visible. One of the waiters played of the siting and walked over and stepped on the bug as he walked per to his table. THEBUGDIDN’T DIE! We decide to eat inside after the bugs were crawling under our table around our feet. As we braved the cold, to eat our food — it was good. The bugs were on the inside also and crawled on my sister-in-laws(SIN) foot. The waitress said she was sorry and was scared to step on it. My SIN said this made her wonder if there were any in the kitchen. The waitress said well the doors are open. Whoa! We paid and left

This cute little café is right next to the Cherry Grove Pier, so if you plan on walking out there you will go right past it. There is a bar inside with some tables, but there is also a little deck with patio table or you can sit along the fence on bar stools. This is a laid back kind of place with a decent happy hour and a romantic ocean vibe. During happy hour some of their appetizers are also half off so we ordered 4 different items to compliment the 2 $ cans of beer and 3 $ margaritas. I believe they were serving Blue Bunny ice cream also. My son had a cup of strawberry and the server was nice enough to throw some whipped cream and sprinkles on top for us as well. I really liked it here. The staff was friendly and the view of the ocean next to the pier is great.
