Germania Unisex Beauty Salon

Hate to give this type of rating because the owner is a really nice lady, the salon opens early, and it’s right down the street from my house. But if you open @ 7am and I come in @ 7am, I don’t expect to wait 50 minutes (YUP…I said FIFTY minutes) in order to get a wash & blowdry. I know there was a mom/​daughter duo ahead of me, but the daughter was almost done when I got there and the mom had less hair on her head than I have on my forearms, and I ain’t hairy, folks! I know that pary of the problem is that she’s working by herself, but I had to work and specifically asked her if she thought I’d be done by 8:30am, to which she replied, «Oh yes… ABSOLUTELY!» Not to mention the fact that she quoted me a $ 50 price tag for a wash n set that I’d usually pay $ 30-​$ 35 bucks for (I was desperate, peeps! Don’t judge!) I ended up leaving without ever getting my hair done, which sucked, because I got up EXTRA early to be there on time. I could’ve just stayed in the friggin’ bed an extra 50 minutes for all that hassle. I doubt I’ll be back, but if I do, it’ll DEFINITELY be after she hires some other stylists, cuz ain’t nobody got time for that!!!
