now located in iowa city. I used them for a kitchen counter and bath vanity. The kitchen counters were done very nicely and looks beautiful. There was a major problem with the bath vanity, however; they cut the sink opening more than ¾″ offcenter – it was completely, visibly obvious. If they didn’t notice their error at the time of cutting (impossible, in my opinion), then that’s a serious quality control question. Or they knew it was wrong and thought I wouldn’t notice. I think it’s the latter because they sent someone out to verify the problem, and that guy actually tried to convince me it wasn’t that bad, no one would notice. When I refused, they did make it right by cutting a new vanity top and installed it next day.
So: mixed review. Mostly nice work, and mostly pleasant to work with, but one pretty serious problem.
