AWSOME!!! Is all I have to say about Mitchies Munchies!!! I got a minion cake made for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday and it turned out amazing. Starting from the initial request process I knew I had came to the right place. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful with ideas for the cake. Not only the cake looks amazing, the flavor was on point too, everyone at the party loved the cake. If you need a special cake made for that special someone you will not be disappoint with Mitchies Munchies!

Best tasting sweets and great service. I am originally from Vegas and have order from Mitchies multiple times. Her cakes are amazing and she is so creative. I no longer live in Vegas but have family that does. I love being able to send them stuff from Mitchies because I know the quality and taste are amazing. Seriously don’t go elsewhere or you will be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Look no further! I used Mitchies Munchies for my wedding (Runner Girl meets Firefighter) and couldn’t have been happier. Out of all of our vendors, she was the best to work with. She listened to what we wanted and made the vision come true. Not to mention, she’s so much fun and really went out of her way to work with our schedule. We live in LA and weren’t going to be in Vegas until a couple of days before the wedding. She had tastes for us to try and worked with us to find that perfect taste just days before our wedding! We also got a platter of goodies for our rehearsal dinner. Yummy!!! We’ve been back to Vegas since and always get some of her schnacks to bring back! I can’t wait to get some more goodies this winter!

My wedding was in Vegas with a reception in a suite at a nearby hotel afterwards. After researching a few other places in Las Vegas, I came across Mitchies Munchies.
From the first phone call, Michie was a delight. I didnt want a traditional cake, but was unsure of what I did want. She worked with me and together we came up with a perfect plan.
On my wedding day, I didnt have the pleasure of meeting her in person, but I was so pleased with the display when I arrived at my reception! I tried each of the treats, and they were all amazing. My only regret is not moving to Vegas so I could have her products more often!

Planning my 3 year olds birthday and I know just who to call for the best custom gourmet cakes! Chef Mitchie can create anything you can imagine. Last year she made the cutest cake in the shape of a giant strawberry for our daughters 2^nd. It looked so amazing and tasted even better. My only problem this year is picking what to have her bring to life for us. She can make any food, theme, or idea come to life in a delicious bake delight. So glad we found her!

I first met Mitchie at the bridal expo she made me my bachelorette, wedding and my grooms cake. Since then she’s done my baby shower cake and is now working on my baby’s first birthday cake. Not only are her cakes delicious, beautiful and creative Mitchie is the most wonderful person. She is so easy to work with, and she brings great ideas to the table (no pun intended). Her cakes are always moist and delicious. I get so many complements on every cake. She really has made all my events one of a kind. I recommend her to everyone who needs a sweet treat. You won’t find these delicious cakes, candies and other delights at your local wanna be coffee shop or Walmart. These babies are special order… and for a very good reason: Greatness takes take time. It’s not mass produced! This is not a Little Debbie. If you have a special occasion, show them you care with a custom made cake.
I starting getting curious about this business when I was browsing through Unilocal and came across the photos of the amazing creations. I did not see any photos of a storefront, so I set a bookmark and went about my browsing. Fast forward a few months to a friends birthday party. I arrived and there before me was a beautiful cake… looking too good to eat.
Everyday is a fight for me. I have a sweet tooth that does not rest. It seeks out and LOVES everything made with sugar.
A war began… It was me and my willpower VS ganache. NOT FAIR. I lost… but my taste buds screamed winner! It was a custom cake from Mitchies Munchies. Insert smile.
Fast forward weeks later to a Unilocal event. Jaime W. was hosting a fundraiser for a fellow Unilocaler’s mom and started to collect prizes from various businesses to raffle off at the event. I was touched by the generosity of the community and reached out to a few businesses to ask for donations.
One business responded to my request. Mitchies Munchies.
The owner cheerfully emailed that she would make a gift pack to raffle off. She even brought it to me the day of the event!!! Above and beyond what was asked of her.

Mitchies Munchies Schmapples are AHHHMMMAZING !! Along with the skillz for creating a great tasting product she is super creative and talented! I have seen several of her cakes and they are so beautiful! She is super sweet and has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You would be crazy to not order from Mitchies Munchies!

I was so totally impressed with Mitchies Munchies and the fantastic abilities they exhibited with the fantastic cake they did for my Grandson Joey. I was excited to get to return to Las Vegas for my Grandson’s 10^th birthday.
Joey has wanted to be a big brother ever since he figured out some kids have siblings. He is very close with his uncle Phill that is just 14 months older than he is, but, he just really wanted a little brother. Well Joey’s wish came true but with great sadness attached to it. My daughter found out that her baby Joey’s baby brother had a severe syndrome and would probably not live. It was so hard for Sareta to tell him but he was so brave. He said that if all he got to do was just at least hold his baby brother and tell him he loves him, he wanted to be able to do at least that. If he only had a baby brother a few minutes it was better than never getting to be a big brother at all. Well all the LOVE that surrounded that baby and a pretty darn awesome Mommy and Big Brother he pulled through. It was not easy going and Baby Christian needs a lot of special attention. Joey has been such a trooper and the best big brother in the world.

Icing Smiles is a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child.
They picked Joey to be the recipient of one of their celebration cakes. When there is a critically ill child in the family there isn’t much money for things like that. If there was ever a boy that deserved this it was Joey. Well, Icingsmiles chose Mitchies Munchies to make this super special cake for Joey.
When Sareta told me that Joey’s 10^th birthday was going to be extra special I had no idea what an awesome experience I was going to get to be a part of.
Mitchies Munchies provided not only a cake but an experience that Joey will never forget, neither will any of us that got to share in the celebration. Having a background in law enforcement I especially enjoyed the NHP Troopers that were there to help wish Joey a Happy Birthday. How great they were with him, showing him their cars, talking to him, answering his questions. Then Joey came back into the house to the most AWESOME Batman cake I have ever seen! I have so many pictures of that wonderful cake, but what I have even more of are pictures of the wonderful happiness on my Grandson’s face. To see that little boy, that had spent the last 8 months just focusing on his little brother, finally get to be the center of the world. The focus of everything. He couldn’t have had a better birthday, it was truly AWESOME thanks to Mitchies Munchies. And Joey loved sharing it with his little brother. Everyone was so wonderfully sweet and made sure that everything was perfect. Every bit of the cake was absolutely delicious, the boys loved eating the decorations on the cake, the frosting was fantastic.
It has been almost 10 months now since that day but I still hold dear in my heart, just like it was yesterday, what a wonderful experience it was thanks to Icingsmiles and Mitchies Munchies.

I have been getting Munchies from Mitch for as long as I can remember… NOTHING but great things to say! Extremely creative! Super tasty! Great selection! Awesome prices for the type of product! Very accommodating! And Mitch is just a HOOT!!! Thank you for always making my families birthdays and special events a hit with your edible art… NUMBER ONE in my book!!!

Unfortunetly I never did get to try the product because I couldnt get past the awful customer service I received on a phonecall with the owner. Had a Living Social Deal good until 10/28,I was told I needed to pick up my order no later than ¹⁰⁄₂₄. The owner was going out of town so she cut short the coupon by 4 days. (because you choose to leave town I have to order according to your schedule?) Then she tells me I can pick up my order between 3 – 4:30, (so much for folks that work I guess). She was very unflexible and then copped an attitude with me. Obviously shes looking for exposure or she wouldnt have done the Living Social thing. You probably should brush up on how to deal with customers or the only exposure you will receive will be negative.

If I could sum up Mitchies Munchies in two words, those words would be «sassy» and «ganache.»
Let’s start with the cakes. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend a few birthday parties where Mitchie’s cakes were served, and those parties mark the only times in my life when I have been in the same room with something that looked like it jumped off an episode of Ace of Cakes — at least without a pane of glass protecting it from my advances. Whether your cake vision is a Licensed Character™ or something abstract, it will be a work of art. These cakes are so stunning that even kids at birthday parties look at them with awe as opposed to the eye-​stalking that usually happens when you put children and cake in the same room.
Or maybe their attention was distracted by Mitchie’s «Schmake Schticks,» her decadent truffle re-​invention of the cake pop. Both were smothered in rich, chocolatey ganache and were impossibly moist. Which is really a horrible word for a delightful sensation when you think about it.
Although what may catch your eye the most are her Schmapples. First of all, these things are giant — we’re talking candy apples the size of Rihanna’s forehead. Big green apples dunked in caramel, chocolate and toppings like s’mores. Yeah, that’s right. S’mores. On a candy apple. Mitchie also makes wedding-​themed and customized Schmapples. She’ll dress up an apple like a Ken doll.
The cutesy names of her products reveal the light-​hearted, sassy attitude that Mitchie brings to the kitchen. She’s clearly having fun with this, making gourmet treats adorably accessible. I mean, you can’t even say «Schmapple» without giggling.
Delicious, food porn-​worthy sweet treats with personality? Yes, please.
