I ate here and it taste just like it looks on the inside. Horrible! I had the fish and shrimp with potato salad and fries, Mac n cheese. ALLBAD. First they asked me if I wanted it dipped in corn meal or flour I chose corn meal. Then they told me it was 12 but charged me 14. It had no flavoring ATALL!!! Let me say that again. It had no FLAVORING at ALL! Ketchup, hot sauce no matter how much I tried to put on to make it taste better it did not help. I ate a little and went outside and gave it to the first homeless person I came across. Once again eating las Vegas food has inspired me to open my own soul food delivery jump off because eating in las Vegas if it’s not super Mex or ping pang pings or one of these fast food establishments is NOT the business and I’m tired of wasting money

No disrespect, but I think«remodeling» is being extraordinarily kind. I walked in here Thanksgiving morning to get some butter and was hit in the face with the smell of days-old meat. I almost turned and walked out again, as I was almost ill. There was *nothing* on the shelves, save a dusty old box of rice-a-roni or pudding here and there. The freezer/deli cases were totally, completely empty and while there was meat in the butcher case, it looked far less than fresh — though it did seem that at one time, they had a nice selection. There was some produce, but it looked pretty beat up. Even if there had been butter here, I would have chosen to go elsewhere, as the state of the place was alarming. There was a very nice man who greeted me and who expressed with genuine regret that he didn’t have what I needed and I felt empathetic toward him. He seemed genuinely disheartened by my leaving. It seems more like this market is closing, not remodeling, but I may be mistaken. Hopefully, it turns around.
