Ace World Wide Moving and Storage

With so few reviews of Ace World Wide and the terrible experiences related, I felt compelled to deliver a great review for Ace World Wide. I recently moved from Las Vegas to Minnesota. The moving crew arrived on time to pack up my stuff. They were polite and kept moving without a break as they were aware of the fact that I had a flight to catch that afternoon to Minnesota. They were professional and reviewed all the paperwork with me so I knew what I was signing. We had an equally professional crew in Minnesota when the truck had to be unpacked. I would highly recommend them. Their estimate was fair and the least expensive by far. I have never had to move across country and was pretty nervous about my stuff arriving on time and unbroken. All is good. Thanks to Ace World Wide Moving.

Awful customer service. Company notified me of a delivery time 1−3pm. I waited for the time. Driver called to say he was going to be at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours late. I told the driver I could not meet him if he was going to be late and that the company needed to reschedule date and time if it was their fault they couldn’t meet their scheduled time. Talked to several managers and they would not offer to reschedule. Bad customer service. Avoid this company!

Though very apparent by the horrible reviews on here, this company should NOT be used. The lack of communication is insane. They tried to extend my window of delivery to 28 days! They gave me less than 2 hours notice that the truck would be there to pick up my items. The Vice President Wade Bute could care less. He said he would let me know what compensation he would be offering after the items were delivered. He now says he said he would only offer this compensation should the items not be delivered in the window of time given.
Should you want a company with NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and that only cares that your items are delivered on time, this is the company for you. Should your items be delivered on time, the experience is considered to be a success, no matter what you went through to get them.
They also do not compensate for anything other than not delivering in the time frame offered.

Called trying to schedule a move and the women that answered the phone was every short. «good morning do you have any available mover for today? NO. OK when would you have available… No answer. OK thank you.» Taking my business to one if the other 40 companies on Unilocal

This company completely bungled the move of my mother from las Vegas to Palm Springs. I found out the containers were handled by four different companies. A $ 600 television was lost as well as an antique lamp which they refuse to pay for. The delivery people told me they took care of the unloading inventory sheet which I never saw until the claims for lost items was filed. Then I saw they had forged my signature on the delivery inventory. AVOID

They were very prompt at getting back to me and getting a bid done. However, at the last minute before we signed the papers they called with a minor mistake of an extra $ 140. Not happy, but not a deal breaker. THEN we got another call that they had forgotten to add in the packing fee and it would be another $ 1500!!! Now that IS a deal breaker.
