Staff was a bit little strange and not very polite but the veggie pad thai was spectacular, I must admit. They tried to charge me for extra egg just because I said«yes» when he asked if I wanted egg. That doesn’t constitute a charge — plus it says it comes with egg on the menu. Anyway, the dish I had was very good.

Very tasty food. Sad that my regular place closed, but this has been a great find.

Just ordered carry out, chicken pad Thai(hot) and I must say that it was delicious and the perfect amount of hot. I was pleasantly surprised. The Thai iced tea was really good too. Happy this place is pretty close to where I live.

Great Thai in the valley. Brought my family of four and had a nice big round table at the door with plenty of room. Food was excellent. Beef satay was great as was the gigantic refreshing Thai iced tea. Pad Thai was tasty as was the shrimp friend rice. Def recommend even for pickup.

Hmmmmm, wasnt impressed. Went on a low key day during lunch. Ordered the garlic shrimp. You would think for $ 12 for lunch I would have gotten a larger portion. It was good though, but not worth the price. I might be back to try something else, but not in a rush

I went to order some broccoli beef, upon receiving my order I noticed I got some skimpy white rice with my order a 2×2 little tiny box. I went in and politely asked for more rice, then I was told that I had to pay for another tiny box of rice. If that isn’t price gouging I don’t know what is! I got frustrated and then tried to return my order because I wasn’t completely satisfied paying $ 13.40 for this skimpy box of plain white rice. Returned home … Called the store asked to speak to the manager. I was told there is no manager. I then explained, again, my dissatisfaction with the food. I was met with rudeness and has to ask for the apology that was given. This place is completely bogus. If your looking for some quality Thai food. Find the spot on Camarillo and riverside. They will treat you fairly and like an appreciated customer. Never EVER coming back here again.

I’m not a fan of most fast food take out for Asian food. But I will say I enjoyed from here. I ordered shrimp fried rice although they are a bit stingy with only three of them lol. Wonton soup was good. I had satay beef with peanut sauce that was good. Thai ice tea was nice. Overall not bad

The food was okay. Portions could be way bigger. We had the seafood soup with the combination fried rice. Service was prompt & friendly. Unfortunately after our $ 29.00 bill for two people I had to go get a burger. I tell you not good with restaurants with small portions. Oh well.

Got delivery here twice now. Love the food, and the large Thai ice tea! Good quality and fair prices. We get the bbq ribs and garlic pepper beef and love that both come with vegetables. Will be eating here again soon.

Food was great! We had the fish soup, panang curry with tofu and veggie egg rolls. The rolls were very hot and delicious. The curry had peas and what seemed to be fresh green beans, and sauce was thick. Rice was better than ordinary brown rice-hard to describe. The soup was the large order, and came in the usual Thai metal soup dish with flame. It had lots of big perfectly cooked pieces of white fish, mushrooms and other things. Great service, food came fast. Table and silverware looked very clean. The waitress was very sweet. Parking is most on the street(two spots in back). Neighborhood is ok-just on the boarder of starting to go downhill. The restaurant itself has a lot of tables — more than most Thai places. The fish were all alive — and had energy to entertain us by actually fighting a bit.

I went there this evening, and all of their fish are dying on the bottom of the fish tank and suffering(laying sideways at the bottom and struggling to breathe). I told the staff and the woman just said they’re still breathing, so they’re fine. I insisted that there’s something wrong with the water since all 6 fish are at the bottom struggling, and she brushed it off and refused to do anything about it.

Great food that I devoured everything! No leftovers made me think that I should have received a bigger plate. am I a fatty? No. just honest. Service was quick but poorly executed. I’d go again!

You win at Win’s! Ok not really but it’s pretty good. The Kai Kua is my favorite dish, followed by the spicy eggplant. So if you’re wanting to try something other then pad thai give those a shot. Also Taro boba, always taro boba.

This place should be ashamed of themselves! *I will NOT be politically correct* FUCKTHISRESTAURANT! Will never go back! I order the«Chefs suggestion» Spicy duck. It’s a good thing I checked the food before we left. I opened the duck and saw 3 little pieces and a handful of Onions and bell peppers. When I asked the guy at the counter about it, he said, «that’s the duck». I complained because for $ 9.99($ 10) I should at least have a decent amount of duck(not 3 thin pieces, some bone with fat and some pieces that are only skin). So they said they will make it again. Then they handed me a container with a bunch of onions and bell peppers. All they did was add more onion and bell peppers. What a waste of money and thanks for ruining my dinner!

My mom, daughter, and I love this restaurant. It is cutely decorated with chandeliers, a fish tank, and ethnic decorations. The wooden furniture and outlets to charge electronic devices make this place comfortable and unique. I love their yellow curry with shrimp. However today with the assistance of the young server decided to try the Yum shrimp soup. It is delicious I love the mushrooms and other vegetables in it. It feels healthy to eat. The fried bananas with ice cream are yummy and look scrumptious too. You have to try them and the coconut ice cream with a cherry on top. A must try restaurant when in North Hollywood. Great service, great prices, and good feeling food thumbs up.

I am really glad I gave this a try, and all things considered they were pretty wonderful. So they closed at 9:30 and I ordered carryout at 9pm. My friend went to go pick it up and got lost(wrong direction down Magnolia). It was 9:29 and he still wasn’t there. I called and told them that my friend got lost and he was 5 minutes away. They were willing to stay open another 5 minutes so we could get our food. The food was tasty, and packaged nicely. All in all pretty great for my first experience.

One of my favorite Thai places in NoHo :) The staff could be a bit friendlier, yet the food makes up for the lack of customer service.

With a name like Win’s, I really wanted this restaurant to come out on top. Alas, it only ranks middle-of-the-pack for me. Here’s why: We entered the restaurant with takeout in mind, ordering pork panang curry and beef massaman curry. When it comes to protein, I was a bit miffed to see beef was $ 1 extra. Usually it’s shrimp and seafood that cost more. That finding was quickly canceled out by the fact that our dishes came with a side of rice. Awesome! The guy said it would be ready in 15 min. No problem. We sat at a highboy table and bided our time observing the fish tank and identity crisis-inducing décor. I’m talking motorcycle memorabilia, a vintage Singer sewing machine, royal typewriter, model ships and more. Two ladies came in and were seated. Let’s just say they were served their meals while we were still waiting on ours. Finally our food was ready followed by an apology for the wait. Ok, let’s head home and grub! As we were pulling out the curries, we couldn’t tell them apart. A first for us since massaman usually has a more reddish color. My panang looked fine with the addition of peas and carrots. Taste-wise, it was a little off. The sweetness was present but it was soupier than I would have liked and lacked a distinct nutty flavor. Hubby’s massaman was just ok. He fished around his container and only found two dinky potatoes — disappointing when it’s the first ingredient listed in the menu description. Simply put, Win’s did not win our hearts… or stomachs tonight.

My husband and I were split on Win’s. I loved their extra funky larb and papaya salad with pickled crab, and the super crunchy salt and pepper fried shrimp with the shells on, but he didn’t. He loved their pad kee mao, but I thought it was a little bland. My impression was that this was authentically Thai – bold and pungent and sweet and spicy and salty – and their best dishes highlighted that. Easy online ordering, not too long a wait for delivery on a Friday night. We’d order again! Especially since it’s the first Thai restaurant of sooo many I’ve tried in the Valley where I’ve been able to find raw crab outside of Thai Town!
