Hala is a real artist! I was assisting my son in his wedding planning and I was referred to Victory Florist by a friend. My experience in working with Hala was more than exceptional. The entire package was just spectacular. Starting with the boutonnière, the bouquets, the arrangement and an amazing arbor that Hala helped us decorate. Thank you Hala and Orville.

Holly and Orville are fantastic! I have ordered flowers for all occasions birthdays, weddings, baby showers even sending flowers on behalf of my Boss to his wife on their anniversary. They make me look good! Placing the order, payment and delivery has always been easy. The flowers are gorgeous and fresh. They truly are the best.

I recently called in for a delivery for my best friends birthday. she lives 6 blocks from this shop. i gave Hala all the information she needed to process and delivery my order.
when birthday came and went. i was shocked to hear that my friend never received the flowers. i called back the shop and Hala said that there was a problem with payment. and i asked how come she never called me — she had my cell #. and she just kept saying «no payment — no delivery». NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE HER SERVICES.

The owners, Hala and Orville, are so talented and great to work with. They did my wedding flowers and everything came out even more beautiful than I imagined! They really listened to every little thing that I wanted and delivered that and more. If there were certain types of flowers I liked that were out of our budget, they were able to suggest flowers with the same look that were much more affordable. They’re also so much fun to work with and are such kind people. I HIGHLY recommend them for any occasion!
